Every single of em are Arts Servants The only outliers are EMIYA and Illya with Buster Noble Phantasms but both of them have the same decks which is even more ironic. Delight Works did this on purpose as all of them are meant to work well with each other. Not even Emiya alter is free from this hilarious irony. Like any stable -unstable- families they are in sync.

"Best Dad" Ironically, he works well with pretty much every other Emiya (including von Einzberns)..... because he can plant a Taunt on them and they can tank it. Just like in his final moments, he's gonna shift all the hardship on his family. Consistent to his character :P PS: Pretty sure no one ever uses his 1st or 2nd skin. Weirdly enough, I finished the Fate Accel Zero Event and got Iri then I used the free summoning ticket and was able to roll him. Seems like destiny if you ask me.

Total bias ahead, since I've Grailed him to 100 on the JP Server. Pretty much everything here is correct. Team-building around him is essential, and if you get a strong war-machine going, it is really hard to stop. The main reason it is hard to start up is as stated: terrible NP gain. However, this is mostly due to low hit-counts on his arts cards. But, since his NP has a whooping 15-hits, if you stack Arts Up (hi Tamamo, and when Babylonia hits, CasGil) he can actually recharge his NP very quickly off of his own NP. Hence the war-machine. I've been able to charge up to 75% before in a single turn. If you can get that machine going, you really don't have to worry about the enemy using their NP on you ever again thanks to his NP Charge decrease on his NP. Thus, the best place he excels in my experience, is boss fights, and stalling them out. Even without class advantage his ability to stall out an enemy NP basically just means all you need is a solid healer or someone with Def Up skills and you are good. Grab your Support Tamamo, Mash, and Kerry, and slay just about anything. Tamamo even has her own stall skill that fills in as needed. Obviously not a one-size-fits-all solution, but I've been able to get by some crazy fights with that team (or subbing Mash for Waver/Abigail, Abby is especially hilarious with Kerry+Tamamo since that is 2 stall skills and 1 stall NP all on the same team). Anyway, yeah. He's great. If you take care of him and put him with a solid team, he will take care of you just fine. Show him a little love.
Ooh, I don't have him on JP, but I have Tamamo and Abigail. I'll have to try that sometime! I love any excuse to use Abby. I did pull him on NA and look forward to trying him out.
I gotta disagree with you a lot on this one Oni. You keep calling him a crit creating arts support, but he's one of the prime attackers for arts teams in challenge quests. Star gens like crazy, has an NP that drains enemy NP (SUPER IMPORTANT for arts teams), as well as having invincibility pierce and as you did rightly point out, a target taunt to make your team survive. He works in an arts team as a NP drainer, which is super, super important, it's why Orion works so well in arts (who also has terrible NP gain), it's why Vlad's first skill add's a lot to him, it's what pushes Squirtoria that bit further. A charge NP drain isn't amazing on it's own, but throwing it with other charge reduction like Waver and Tamamo, and you're talking about fully stalling an enemy NP forever. Him and Munenori are without a doubt, the top arts 4 star attackers, losing out to only a handful of 5 stars. I honestly feel from most of your spotlights that you don't normally run arts teams, and end up massively underrating them, or miss assigning their real role (like in this one).
We talked in a few of these comment threads already lol, but just to defend my review. I think you are overvaluing his NP drain. Yes it is good, and fantastic in very specific scenarios, but those scenarios comprise a very narrow portion of the game. Most times NP drain spam is completely unnecessary, it's nice to have, but skills like vamparism have much more practical "everyday" use since they enable NP spam. Plus Emiya himself has very bad NP gain so he needs to depend on a very specific team setup that essentially exploits his NP drain, on his own he can't spam it and it is very inefficient. And said team already has very good NP drain with Waver. Really the only time you actively benefit from that much NP drain spam is during the CCC event fight. And I would argue even then there are better options like Jeanne. But in any case I don't think that just because he is very exploitable in very specific scenarios it is worth giving him a high score. I place much more value on versatility and self sufficiency which is the opposite of what Appmedia values. So while I agree he works as an NP drainer on an arts team I also think it is a very very specific niche that 9 times out of 10 doesn't come into play, you are simply far better off using a servant with vamparism like Vlad or Euryale or using a servant that has NP charge decrease on their NP but also deals much more damage. As for a star attacker, I flat out disagree with that. His atk is not good, unless you explicitly are using him as a crit servant and even then he has no way of reliably gathering stars so he is inconsistent. Maybe Appmedia is judging him based off of NP5 or NP3, but I am judging him based off of NP1 since that is what I believe most people will have him at. And at NP1, you can see how low his NP damage is. At NP3, yes he can outdamage Shiki, but at NP1 he is miles behind her and nearly everyone else. He has a 0.9x damage modifier as an assassin and his arts buff maxes at 40% not 50%. I honestly don't see how he can be considered a good attacker by any measure, he doesn't hold up at all against the knight classes just judging on his atk modifier alone. Of course he has more utility than those servants though and I believe that is what appmedia is factoring into his rating, not his objective damage, but how good his NP drain and taunt are. Personally speaking arts is my favorite archetype to run, my main team is Waver, Tamamo, and Squirtoria with Mash, Jeanne, and Nero Bride in the backline. I think this is just a case of miscommunication in terms of how I evaluate. My evaluation factors everyday usage and practicality whereas Appmedia focuses purely on the meta and challenge quests. In my mind that is illogical, I don't think it's fair to give Emiya a B+ just because he is gonna be really clutch in one or two fights a year from now but subpar everywhere else. That's just me though, sorry if it came off too wordy or aggressive. But maybe I misjudged his damage potential. If you have a team comp you want me to test out let me know, I'll also use him in my next JP stream and take viewer request for team comps with him.
I was so looking forward to this spotlight! I've been looking forward to this card for months because I love him and Iri, and he came home on the third roll. No one came home this past crazy month - no Jalter or my best husband Gilgamesh - but I was so happy to get him that it's p much worth it to me!! I love crit teams and I love arts teams and I feel like his usage really depends on your play style - nursery rhyme is one of my favorite servants so I've been having a ball with him, as you predicted here. Great video as always!
Also, I don't honestly see any issues with the damage he does, especially with his NP. Sure, it is likely underwhelming at NP1, but at NP3, it's been hitting pretty hard.
I just pulled him!!!! I've been saving so many Assassin exp cards that I was able to get him to level 50 immediately, and I still have a lot more exp cards left over. I'm gonna have a lot of fun using him!
I think this Christmas (long time from now, but w/e) we will get the "A moment of Silence" CE, and I think it works really well on him. It benefits 5/6 of his cards including NP, and it gives him a little more np gain, too. Definitely worth rolling for if you like Kerry.
Going to be honest why is it that almost anyone with the name emiya in this game got to get the dirty like this man could have been truly broken and it would have been justified because honestly this man's pretty broken in the source martial even without being a servent.
i mean, im running the worst team comp in the world, but ive found that the targetable taunt works really well for getting enemies to attack Not Culter, so that's another bonus. 'great defensive servant to staple to the side of everyones favorite pointy lad, so that the already disgusting protection from arrows never runs out'
I use kerrys taunt alot on avicebron . after his np going of he is a sitting duck so I need to kill him off to protect my team (to activate his third skill) most of the time this worked perfectly especially in some hard situations
C+ huh that's not great. But he's needed for the Emiya Family dream team and it's Kiri you kinda have to try and get him. Cool spotlight as always. Off to the Iskandar one.
His usefulness might be limited but I'm glad I managed to get him during Chaldea Boys this year. He's Saber Lancelot's best friend/best dad combo. For another CE recommendation I really like Fortress of the Sun on Kiritsugu. Bonus crit damage, bonus star gen, starting NP gauge. Its everything he wants in one nice package, bumping his own damage and helping make an arts crit team that much more consistent between him, Saberlot's own skills and a Tamamo with 2030 for good measure.
I got him on my first multi roll. Although I was trying to get Volumen Hydragyrum CE. At least it seem like I'll be able to reunite the Emiya family since I already had EMIYA and I've just gotten Iri earlier today. All I need to do now is to get all of her ascension mats and NP max her if possible. Hopefully those EX rank mission won't kill my whole team...
Was tempted by the Jeanne rate-up in the gacha and spent my hard-earned quartz. I ended up with a NP2 Drake, my first Kaleidoscope ever and the Magus Killer. I'm now watching the spotlight in order to get a clue on how to use him. Also, rip my fund for summer.
Assassin Emiya will go nicely with my level 98 (soon to be 100) Fionn once Fionn gets his strengthening. gonna put that scapegoat skill to good use by putting it on Fionn so he can get more free NP charge
How odd. I literally just started FGO this past week and already got Emiya Archer and Emiya Assassin before I finished Fuuyuki. Now to roll until I get some helpful CEs.
I got him on a ticket at the start of the event. I've not levelled him fully so I'm not using him 'properly', but as a crit star generator he is definitely helpful for me, so I can run a support JAlter in this event with a minimal loss in event-bonus. That's been quite fun.
Maybe it's because I'm pairing him with the Hundred-Faced Hassans off my support list everytime, but, those two arts cards are putting in work charging his NP. More data is necessary on my end. That said, absolutely agree that Chronos Rose hits like a wet noodle. A very flashy wet noodle, but still.
I pulled Kiritsugu from the last Assassin Class Summon, and I did a YOLO combo with Tamamo and Waver that was almost able to NP Drain Amun-Ra into oblivion.
Rolled an NP 2 Kerry for F/Z nostalgia, pretty cool that his scapegoat skill has utility as a pseudo NP charge skill for an ally with high NP gain on hit,working surprisingly well in my Kiyohime + JAlter setup, especially on the rider nodes with the multi hit insects easily charging upwards of 40% depending on how many I leave alive and how often they spam their skills. Could probably pair up well with Brynhildr in a JAlter + Brynhildr + Kerry team, Scapegoat for the NP charge and star generation, Hero's Assistant for the Crit Star Absorption and heal whilst producing enough stars to go around.
Rolled him a short ways into getting Volumen Hydragyrum. I doubt I'll have many chances to use him over Shiki, but it was nice to have him for the event seeing as hundred faces absolutely refused to drop. Seriously, I got Angra before her. It feels so weird going from Shiki's NP5 and the tiny powerhouse that is Jack to his NP that hits like a particularly undercooked noodle.
Personally I think he work well with Waver and Caster Marie as a stall crit team... the plan is forgoing basic damage and pour everything in NP and crit...Marie make him a kit better and Waver fix everything about him... crit boosting craft essence and the team skill make consistent damage a non issue and since art card and crit is throw all over the place NP spamming problem is no more... considering the crit from Marie overcharge, the NP drain from Waver and Emiya and crit Star from craft essences... it a pretty effective team given that Marie can tank a more depressing attack Np... plus their Charisma fix his demage
I use Emiya(Assassin) with Caster Iri and Emiya(Archer). I love the goddamn family. Now, All I have to do is wait for Chloe and Illya. Also Juguarman, who is apparently Taiga, if possible.
While I rolled Kerry, his main draw to me is just the targetable taunt (for some reason I could have sworn it was a guts but whatever) given that I have both Shiki and Jack the ripper for offensive assassin/crit star gain. Still as you pointed out I could try having him run with Nursery Rhyme instead of Jack I suppose. Thanks for the informative video!
agreed his NP gain is horrendous so I never bother to use him. His star generation surprised me though. Emiya Assassin would have been more likable of one of his skills gave him Evade honestly which would work well with the taunt like Mash. I don't know if other people do this but I tend to use invincible + taunt with Mash cuz it helps a lot. i only put him on a team of assassins just to fill a spot for a 4 star assassin over a 3 star cuz he'd last longer as well.
Oof, C+. Wasn’t expecting it to be that low. That being said what little I’ve used him from support I really liked. I don’t know, I like what he has to offer even if there are other servants that can do more or do better. Plus I like his art and overall look. I’m still broke but yeah I don’t mind him spooking me some day.
i have cleopatra but Emiya assassin was my first ever sr that i got from the fgo free four star and the real reason why i played fgo cuss i love kiritsugu from fzero and yes cleopatra was my first 5-star but i will keep my depressed daddy at lvl 100 and love him
Will roll for Kiritsugu Emiya as I focusing on Arts Servant. I will use Emiya as utility for Arts Team but I will be waiting for the rerun for Irisviel for utility also.
A few things you didn’t mention. His Buster cards and NP can generate a ton of stars. With one 2030, you can generate upwards of 52 stars with a little support. An arts quick quick chain or even an Arts Buster Quick chain generate a ton of stars. Also, his np gain is deceptively high. He essentially has 2 skills enhancing it to stupid levels. Stack with a few buffs, and his np will refund around 40-50%. Follow it up with a quick card and an arts card, you now have another np to go, and 50 stars to crit with. Shiki outdated Jack overrated Long have we waited Kerry activated
Thanks for clarifying! I have him, but I don't really have a place for him. He doesn't synergize with any of my active servants. I'll wait till Prisma Causeway, and see if that changes anything for me.
I actually use him as a decent offense with Shiki (L80) and Hans (L94, Max Skills), but I still need to somehow figure out two more backrow servants to make it a really good team. (I would like some suggestions if you can. Placeholders are David and Irisviel right now.) My experience with him so far: His NP gain is as you said absolutely horrible, but he gets "average" gain with critical hits making it a bit more bearable. He is an odd one since even his Buster Card spills out stars like crazy because of the hit count. I never saw a different servant having such a good Buster Card. Too bad it's only one... His Critical Up Skill along with the Knight's Dignity CE and Andersen's Human Observation makes him output a *lot* more damage when he crits, which he does a lot. I am not sure what Mystic Code to use with him, but I mostly use the Mage Association one, but I guess the Atlas one would be better to wipe Andersen's skills to be 100% active for 6 turns. Honestly though, you are absolutely right that he is terrible for anything but Crit star generation and difficult to use to his fullest even with proper teams for it, but I really like him and definetly want to master the challenge and make him work as damage dealer in said team!
Iri is good in the backrow, if you have another offensive arts servant I would add them too. Someone like Nurserry Rhyme, Li Shuwen, Nero Bride, or Euryale.
Just got him now i was thinking in this party for him which will be of Jeanne Ruler, Emiya Assassin and Irisviel in theory this should make a very powerful suvival team because emiya can use her focus skill on Jeanne or to Irisviel for single target Np because of her invincibility skill. As for CEs Another ending for Emiya, Prisma cosmo for Irisviel and vessel of the saint for Jeanne.
Well when rolling for a np3 broskandar I managed to get a np5 kiritsugu so... I'll use him a little. Definitely won't replace jack but if I need a cost effective star generator (since jack costs 16 by herself) then at least I have him.
Got him on a ticket a few hours ago, excited to play around with him in certain team setups. I just hope he won't scare off Arturia Archer when I roll for her during the summer event lol
I wish they make an alter alter ego ver. Of him. With slightly better np gain, tag Magecraft with Np strength up, make affection of the grail with an Np Battery or make it something like protection at the end of the world that lancer alter has. And last and not least, his Np paired with Anti Caster Special Damage overcharge. Then we could give him Hp Reduction demerit on his np and a less powerful star gen..
So for the GSR later this year, I appear to lack a solid star genner, should I go for Emiya (Assassin) or Atalanta? Or are there other options you recommend? Servants I would like to supply stars to are Amakusa, Lalter, Holmes, Emiya (Archer), and maybe even Orion or Chloe. The CE I would most likely use is "Be Elegant". Most of my usable teams are Arts focused though.
I got this fellow NP5 trying to get (and got) Iskandar in alter acc... and yet Emiya assassin with 15 hits and own buff to arts you are unable to spam NP due to one the worst np gain in the game... but he is a good stargen, the skillset is useful and yet id prefer shiki for an arts assassin.
I want him so badly. I have him on JP and he's just so good since he has actually good crit damage and as you said really good utility. I like using him with Danzo and Mashu which is a very fun frontline to run. Cause literally you can make mashu taunt twice with invincibility. Also I think you should start mentioning Fou stats in your vids cause most of use are bound to have at least hve a few to get any servant an extra 1000 on HP and ATK.

He absolutely wrecks in an Arts/Crit team. Stick him with Kuro and Tamamo and watch the fireworks, or set him up with George and Leonidas and watch him snipe shit. He generates more than enough stars to feed himself too.
You talk about his bad damage but he's my best pick against Riders that Carmilla can't hit. At NP2 he does fairly strong damage against Riders and with Tamamo he does work.
Rolled 120 and got one of him, a carmilla, and two hundred faces. I wanted an Iskandar but I'm not willing to whale this banner. It sucks but I'm probably going to have to skip onis in order to save for summer event since I don't have the spare funds to whale so much right now.
So, now that Castoria is a thing, I guess now you will have to reevaluate Kerry and, well, all of the arts servants who have more than one hit on their NPs?

So while I agree he works as an NP drainer on an arts team I also think it is a very very specific niche that 9 times out of 10 doesn't come into play, you are simply far better off using a servant with vamparism like Vlad or Euryale or using a servant that has NP charge decrease on their NP but also deals much more damage.
As for a star attacker, I flat out disagree with that. His atk is not good, unless you explicitly are using him as a crit servant and even then he has no way of reliably gathering stars so he is inconsistent. Maybe Appmedia is judging him based off of NP5 or NP3, but I am judging him based off of NP1 since that is what I believe most people will have him at. And at NP1, you can see how low his NP damage is. At NP3, yes he can outdamage Shiki, but at NP1 he is miles behind her and nearly everyone else. He has a 0.9x damage modifier as an assassin and his arts buff maxes at 40% not 50%. I honestly don't see how he can be considered a good attacker by any measure, he doesn't hold up at all against the knight classes just judging on his atk modifier alone. Of course he has more utility than those servants though and I believe that is what appmedia is factoring into his rating, not his objective damage, but how good his NP drain and taunt are.
Personally speaking arts is my favorite archetype to run, my main team is Waver, Tamamo, and Squirtoria with Mash, Jeanne, and Nero Bride in the backline. I think this is just a case of miscommunication in terms of how I evaluate. My evaluation factors everyday usage and practicality whereas Appmedia focuses purely on the meta and challenge quests. In my mind that is illogical, I don't think it's fair to give Emiya a B+ just because he is gonna be really clutch in one or two fights a year from now but subpar everywhere else.
That's just me though, sorry if it came off too wordy or aggressive. But maybe I misjudged his damage potential. If you have a team comp you want me to test out let me know, I'll also use him in my next JP stream and take viewer request for team comps with him.

I was so looking forward to this spotlight! I've been looking forward to this card for months because I love him and Iri, and he came home on the third roll. No one came home this past crazy month - no Jalter or my best husband Gilgamesh - but I was so happy to get him that it's p much worth it to me!! I love crit teams and I love arts teams and I feel like his usage really depends on your play style - nursery rhyme is one of my favorite servants so I've been having a ball with him, as you predicted here. Also, I don't honestly see any issues with the damage he does, especially with his NP. Sure, it is likely underwhelming at NP1, but at NP3, it's been hitting pretty hard.

I think this Christmas (long time from now, but w/e) we will get the "A moment of Silence" CE, and I think it works really well on him. It benefits 5/6 of his cards including NP, and it gives him a little more np gain, too. Definitely worth rolling for if you like Kerry.

after his np going of he is a sitting duck so I need to kill him off to protect my team (to activate his third skill) most of the time this worked perfectly especially in some hard situations

His usefulness might be limited but I'm glad I managed to get him during Chaldea Boys this year. He's Saber Lancelot's best friend/best dad combo. For another CE recommendation I really like Fortress of the Sun on Kiritsugu. Bonus crit damage, bonus star gen, starting NP gauge. Its everything he wants in one nice package, bumping his own damage and helping make an arts crit team that much more consistent between him, Saberlot's own skills and a Tamamo with 2030 for good measure.
I got him on my first multi roll. Although I was trying to get Volumen Hydragyrum CE. At least it seem like I'll be able to reunite the Emiya family since I already had EMIYA and I've just gotten Iri earlier today. All I need to do now is to get all of her ascension mats and NP max her if possible. Hopefully those EX rank mission won't kill my whole team...
Was tempted by the Jeanne rate-up in the gacha and spent my hard-earned quartz. I ended up with a NP2 Drake, my first Kaleidoscope ever and the Magus Killer. I'm now watching the spotlight in order to get a clue on how to use him. Also, rip my fund for summer.
Assassin Emiya will go nicely with my level 98 (soon to be 100) Fionn once Fionn gets his strengthening. gonna put that scapegoat skill to good use by putting it on Fionn so he can get more free NP charge

How odd. I literally just started FGO this past week and already got Emiya Archer and Emiya Assassin before I finished Fuuyuki. Now to roll until I get some helpful CEs.
I got him on a ticket at the start of the event. I've not levelled him fully so I'm not using him 'properly', but as a crit star generator he is definitely helpful for me, so I can run a support JAlter in this event with a minimal loss in event-bonus. That's been quite fun.
Maybe it's because I'm pairing him with the Hundred-Faced Hassans off my support list everytime, but, those two arts cards are putting in work charging his NP. More data is necessary on my end. That said, absolutely agree that Chronos Rose hits like a wet noodle. A very flashy wet noodle, but still.

I pulled Kiritsugu from the last Assassin Class Summon, and I did a YOLO combo with Tamamo and Waver that was almost able to NP Drain Amun-Ra into oblivion.
Rolled an NP 2 Kerry for F/Z nostalgia, pretty cool that his scapegoat skill has utility as a pseudo NP charge skill for an ally with high NP gain on hit,working surprisingly well in my Kiyohime + JAlter setup, especially on the rider nodes with the multi hit insects easily charging upwards of 40% depending on how many I leave alive and how often they spam their skills. Could probably pair up well with Brynhildr in a JAlter + Brynhildr + Kerry team, Scapegoat for the NP charge and star generation, Hero's Assistant for the Crit Star Absorption and heal whilst producing enough stars to go around.

It feels so weird going from Shiki's NP5 and the tiny powerhouse that is Jack to his NP that hits like a particularly undercooked noodle.

Personally I think he work well with Waver and Caster Marie as a stall crit team... the plan is forgoing basic damage and pour everything in NP and crit...Marie make him a kit better and Waver fix everything about him... crit boosting craft essence and the team skill make consistent damage a non issue and since art card and crit is throw all over the place NP spamming problem is no more... considering the crit from Marie overcharge, the NP drain from Waver and Emiya and crit Star from craft essences... it a pretty effective team given that Marie can tank a more depressing attack Np... plus their Charisma fix his demage

While I rolled Kerry, his main draw to me is just the targetable taunt (for some reason I could have sworn it was a guts but whatever) given that I have both Shiki and Jack the ripper for offensive assassin/crit star gain. Still as you pointed out I could try having him run with Nursery Rhyme instead of Jack I suppose. Thanks for the informative video!

agreed his NP gain is horrendous so I never bother to use him. His star generation surprised me though.
Emiya Assassin would have been more likable of one of his skills gave him Evade honestly which would work well with the taunt like Mash. I don't know if other people do this but I tend to use invincible + taunt with Mash cuz it helps a lot.
i only put him on a team of assassins just to fill a spot for a 4 star assassin over a 3 star cuz he'd last longer as well.
Oof, C+. Wasn’t expecting it to be that low. That being said what little I’ve used him from support I really liked. I don’t know, I like what he has to offer even if there are other servants that can do more or do better. Plus I like his art and overall look. I’m still broke but yeah I don’t mind him spooking me some day.

A few things you didn’t mention. His Buster cards and NP can generate a ton of stars. With one 2030, you can generate upwards of 52 stars with a little support. An arts quick quick chain or even an Arts Buster Quick chain generate a ton of stars. Also, his np gain is deceptively high. He essentially has 2 skills enhancing it to stupid levels. Stack with a few buffs, and his np will refund around 40-50%. Follow it up with a quick card and an arts card, you now have another np to go, and 50 stars to crit with.

I actually use him as a decent offense with Shiki (L80) and Hans (L94, Max Skills), but I still need to somehow figure out two more backrow servants to make it a really good team. (I would like some suggestions if you can. Placeholders are David and Irisviel right now.)
My experience with him so far:
His NP gain is as you said absolutely horrible, but he gets "average" gain with critical hits making it a bit more bearable.
He is an odd one since even his Buster Card spills out stars like crazy because of the hit count. I never saw a different servant having such a good Buster Card. Too bad it's only one...
His Critical Up Skill along with the Knight's Dignity CE and Andersen's Human Observation makes him output a *lot* more damage when he crits, which he does a lot.
I am not sure what Mystic Code to use with him, but I mostly use the Mage Association one, but I guess the Atlas one would be better to wipe Andersen's skills to be 100% active for 6 turns.
Honestly though, you are absolutely right that he is terrible for anything but Crit star generation and difficult to use to his fullest even with proper teams for it, but I really like him and definetly want to master the challenge and make him work as damage dealer in said team!
Iri is good in the backrow, if you have another offensive arts servant I would add them too. Someone like Nurserry Rhyme, Li Shuwen, Nero Bride, or Euryale.

Just got him now i was thinking in this party for him which will be of Jeanne Ruler, Emiya Assassin and Irisviel in theory this should make a very powerful suvival team because emiya can use her focus skill on Jeanne or to Irisviel for single target Np because of her invincibility skill. As for CEs Another ending for Emiya, Prisma cosmo for Irisviel and vessel of the saint for Jeanne.
That team would work very well!
Well when rolling for a np3 broskandar I managed to get a np5 kiritsugu so... I'll use him a little. Definitely won't replace jack but if I need a cost effective star generator (since jack costs 16 by herself) then at least I have him.

A little tip if you have np5 Shiki and just got him. Stick to shiki until you get Emiya to np3.
I wish they make an alter alter ego ver. Of him.
With slightly better np gain, tag Magecraft with Np strength up, make affection of the grail with an Np Battery or make it something like protection at the end of the world that lancer alter has.
And last and not least, his Np paired with Anti Caster Special Damage overcharge.
Then we could give him Hp Reduction demerit on his np and a less powerful star gen..
So for the GSR later this year, I appear to lack a solid star genner, should I go for Emiya (Assassin) or Atalanta? Or are there other options you recommend? Servants I would like to supply stars to are Amakusa, Lalter, Holmes, Emiya (Archer), and maybe even Orion or Chloe. The CE I would most likely use is "Be Elegant". Most of my usable teams are Arts focused though.

I got this fellow NP5 trying to get (and got) Iskandar in alter acc... and yet Emiya assassin with 15 hits and own buff to arts you are unable to spam NP due to one the worst np gain in the game... but he is a good stargen, the skillset is useful and yet id prefer shiki for an arts assassin.
I want him so badly. I have him on JP and he's just so good since he has actually good crit damage and as you said really good utility. I like using him with Danzo and Mashu which is a very fun frontline to run. Cause literally you can make mashu taunt twice with invincibility. Also I think you should start mentioning Fou stats in your vids cause most of use are bound to have at least hve a few to get any servant an extra 1000 on HP and ATK.

I rolled on shuten banner and I was so exalted when the card is golden and is an assassin but its Assassin Daddy Emiya.
He absolutely wrecks in an Arts/Crit team.
Stick him with Kuro and Tamamo and watch the fireworks, or set him up with George and Leonidas and watch him snipe shit. He generates more than enough stars to feed himself too.

You talk about his bad damage but he's my best pick against Riders that Carmilla can't hit.
At NP2 he does fairly strong damage against Riders and with Tamamo he does work.
Rolled 120 and got one of him, a carmilla, and two hundred faces. I wanted an Iskandar but I'm not willing to whale this banner. It sucks but I'm probably going to have to skip onis in order to save for summer event since I don't have the spare funds to whale so much right now.
So, now that Castoria is a thing, I guess now you will have to reevaluate Kerry and, well, all of the arts servants who have more than one hit on their NPs?
