He straight up far outclasses herc in damage, but loses in survivability, other than that, this is one of those easier to get and broken as fuck servant, ALONGSIDE the bonus of having a probably higher NP lvl.
Go figure he's built like an Archer like Nobu in regards to his role as a Crit-beast. Lore-wise, he's really an Archer that pretends/tries to be a Saber. Because of Sita. It's funny that all three Servants in these Spotlights actually go well with each other really, really well. Helena for Crit Stars (especially with 2030), NP charging, and Card buff. Nightingale for survivability and even MORE insane damage. Rama for raw damage output. It almost seems like they were made at the same time on purpose.
Ain't gonna happen cuz lore reasons. He and sita can never be in the same Holy grail war cuz they're tied to some curse or something like that - at least according to the America singularity dialogue.

Even after Saberlot releases, Rama still packs a very powerful punch and I consider him, Saberlot, and Empiero to be the trifecta of really good crit sabers

I only got into this game because of the Hindu units (because I'm Hindu myself), so when I found out that literal *God* was in this, I knew I had to get Him. Now I'm just waiting for Him to deign to come to my Chaldea.
what I love about Rama is that his crit skill maxes out at 4cd! that's really cool! (Atalanta wishes that her 2nd skill was like that). I'm having a blast with him with Hans and Nightingale.
I worded it poorly. I'm pointing out that Rama's crit skill also packs crit damage-- Atalanta's skill does not at the same cd, and I wish that her 2nd skill did more.
Pairing him with Merlin is extraordinary because he can usually generate the necessary stars. Even when under-leveled, his crits hit like a truck, as long as his crit skill level is high. Crit-Buster-Np-Brave chaining him is very strong even though his NP is weak (compared to other st Nps 'cause he lacks an update and buff). As long as he is given enough stars and np gain, he is pretty much invincible.
I was rolling mostly for Helena, got her at least once! Got Rama FOUR TIMES though. Glad to see though that he's quite good, and I actually didn't have any decent Sabers. >>; So this is good news~
Thanks! Been trying him with Jeanne and Helena. It's actually incredibly good! Having 8 Arts cards in the deck with Helena's Magic tuning allows my phantasm to skyrocket. Jeanne has Divine Banquet, so her NP is up almost every three turns. Sadly there is the stun, but I use the Atlas Mystic code which has debuff removal. The CD reduction on that Mystic code helps Helena too. All this adds to me just having a party that lives and buffs up Rama. And ho-ho-holy smokes does he do damage. I was saving up Berserker exp cards for Nightengale and Caster for Helena. Now all the Zerker ones went to leveling Rama. And I can say this much- only lvl 50 for him, and he's already hitting like a truck with a party that is veeery difficult to kill. My rambling aside, thank you once again for these great reviews. I've been watching you for a few months now, always flocking to your channel the morning new servants come out, and it never disappoints! I would love seeing some 3 star reviews too. Could help for the players who don't pay all that much or at all, and hey, more vids for your channel to keep a constant flow of content, yeah? :)

My 6th SR Saber under my account but DW should make Sita a servant to complete their tragic story with a help from a grail.
I got Rama while failing once more to get Jalter as usual. Will he at least benefit almost as much as her from the oncoming Buster-crit meta once Merlin comes along? Is he a decent candidate for grailing, or should I leave him at 80 since I have Saberlot at 90 already (and NP3 compared to Rama's NP1)?

Unfortunately, I’m not very good with forming teams around Buster Servants, so I’ve been struggling with making the most out of him. I’ll mess around with some of the CEs mentioned and figure out the rest from there. Great to know my YOLO roll is worth it!

You want hard hitting saber who can also buff ATK and buff crit and don't care if you saber is waifu or not? Then Rama is your choice! Ey nice vid! Just got Rama today while doing a few solos. He seems really fun to use and i like his art, glad to hear he's really good! Definetly plan on using him for crit teams and the like. Dude I 1 shot the boss on the 40 ap monster hunt with Ramas buster chain. Buffed him with code cast and nightingale buster skill. Also had attack buff from bride Nero. He is definitely a possible candidate to lvl 90 grail for me.
Dang. He looks super solid. Im lacking a ST Saber so i might roll for him whenever he comes up again. Yagyu is way too high maintenance for me to pull his true potential, while Rama seems pretty low maintenance and very strong

If you are talking about Bride, I consider 4*s and 5*s a separate tier. SO I wouldn't say he is anywhere near as good as Bride, but he is better than regular Nero.

Ey nice vid! Just got Rama today while doing a few solos. He seems really fun to use and i like his art, glad to hear he's really good! Definetly plan on using him for crit teams and the like. (plus he has a single target NP as opposed to my other 2 main Sabers, those being Salter and Nero, so he will be useful on that front) Keep up the good work!
I got Rama once and I sold him for SQs.
But four days ago, using my 3 Saint Quartz and 1 Summon Ticket, he appeared again with Orion.
Watching your video kinda made me regret burning my first Rama -sad no NP 2-

Dude I 1 shot the boss on the 40 ap monster hunt with Ramas buster chain. Buffed him with code cast and nightingale buster skill. Also had attack buff from bride Nero. He is definitely a possible candidate to lvl 90 grail for me.

Dang. He looks super solid. Im lacking a ST Saber so i might roll for him whenever he comes up again. Yagyu is way too high maintenance for me to pull his true potential, while Rama seems pretty low maintenance and very strong

He is male, but he looks about as feminine as you can get and its a joke that he is prettier than his wife. The character designer that created him got mixed up with his notes and thought he was supposed to be female which is why he looks so androgynous
Well he looks kinda like a girl but you find that he is very manly and resemble a teenager
Was trying to get nightingale but instead got him and Blavatsky, he looks pretty good and his design is awesome, guess I'd better start leveling him up :D

Oh wow, you'd put Rama over Nero? Neat. I have both and have Nero Bride with Waver to support him but I really thought Nero would be a better Saber overall. Hm
If you are talking about Bride, I consider 4*s and 5*s a separate tier. SO I wouldn't say he is anywhere near as good as Bride, but he is better than regular Nero.
Man so many nice sabers to get. Well I guess I'll just wait for the free 4 star event to get him. If Jeanne Alter wasn't around the corner I'd roll for him.
I wound up rolling Rama on my last summon ticket in the second summer banner, and I rolled Waver on my first. The yolo roll is strong with me.
That's pretty great to hear how solid he is as a servant. I'll have to make sure to get him to 80 on jp sides. If I gather some more quartz I'll be sure to roll for him.
