- I went to Aston Hill Bikepark to get in some practice for my enduro race which is coming up in October! I haven't been to this bike park before but it certainly did not disappoint. There are a few different runs which range from easy to difficult, there is a also a pump track and an XC loop too! It was an awesome place to come especially on the ebike as the climb back to the top was fun too!

Looks like pilgrim set your forks up. Try setting your sag to 25% it looks like they hardly move. It will give you a lot more confidence as a novice.
Wow Kara l have just enjoyed watching a few of your rides and l am well impressed with your progress to date. It’s awesome to see you getting stuck into it and try different routes so that you can gain confidence. I have to admit I hate tree roots, l think l have come off more times on them than anything else lol you just rode right through huge respect Kara. Hey Kara... Aston Hills look like a Lot of fun for sure... I think I’m going to make that my next place to visit.. your suspension seems very harsh you may want to get that bike now set up for you now as it was Toms...a few tweaks would make such a difference ...keep sending it and thanks for another great video.👍

Hey Kara Beal! Your speed is really improving with every vid! Good idea to work on smaller and medium drops before sending it big! Try lowering the air pressure in your tires a little because it can help absorb a lot of the small impacts! Tom probably has it quite high because he is heavier and an expert rider! Also lower the compression settings on the fork and rear shok! Ride ride ride!

That was sick Kara!! Going very strong there, awesome! If you're going to take part in the race with the orange beast I'd suggest that you set the suspension to your weight and riding style...it looks a bit stiff which is awesome for jumps and fast flowy trails (perfect for Tom of course 😁) , but if you're riding roots and drops it might be better to make it plusher at least the forks, that'd help with the arm-pum a bit...I can't wait for the race videos in October. Go Kara!! 😎👊🏻

I think your brake have glazing. When I improperly bedded my new brakes I glazed them and they sounded like yours.
You can clean them up with sand paper
But you definitely need to fix it because it will diminish your braking performance.

Lewiscb 92 if you are starting out, I would hit up the first section of ricochet, red run and black run and if you feel confident, try root canal. It’s a good bike park 🤪
