I really needed to hear this. Thank you so much. There are so many plant based doctors/leaders out there but I always come back to you and trust you totally. I will hyper nourish the rest of my life. I love you.

I also REALLY needed to hear this! I was 60 years vegan/vegetarian but ended up with Hyperthyroidism diagnosed in 2014. I struggled these past years trying to get my Thyroid healed but with no success. In light of the Thyroid issues I concluded that I needed a different diet. But, that didn't work either. Thank you for this encouragement to keep on keeping-on. I started the hyper-nourishment and I can't wait to share that my thyroid is back to normal as a result of your program! Thank you Dr Brooke! I love your message!

Thank you, Dr. Goldner for adressing Chef AJ’s situation. Your thorough understanding of the disease process is extremely helpful to many people who are struggling with this issue and how it may affect their ability to manage their own behavior or fears towards the WFPB lifestyle.

Thank you for your loving and kind words about Chef AJ. I have not been doing very well with a WFPB lifestyle. I do still believe in it and Chef AJ’s journey has not changed my mind to keep trying. Thank you for your encouraging words to take care of ourselves. You are wonderful just like Chef AJ.

It took me 2 full years for my cholesterol to be in the normal range. Prior to that the triglycerides and LDL was too high. WFPB 30 months now. IT DOES WORK!

As I’ve personally learned through healing through a raw vegan lifestyle- a cooked plant based diet won’t fully heal most people whom are ill or in a state of disease. The body is filled with trillions of cells and every single one of those cells are living. Thus, need to be fed living nourishment, not dead matter that’s been diminished in nutrients and enzymes due to cooking higher than 115 degrees f.🎉🎉🎉 raw LIVING abundance for the win 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤

Hello Dr Goldner. Firstly, what a treasure you are to humanity. Thank you for being being of service to your fellow human beings. If you are reading this, I wonder if you are able to comment or advice on histamine intolerance. There are many videos out there but I’m keen on your take. In terms of your smoothies, I cannot add pineapple or spinach or bananas as these are all high histamine foods. They cause swelling of my eyes and dark circles underneath. I will substitute with kale and cherries/blueberries but the flavour will not quite be the same. I have been plant based for 10 yrs and reversed RA but still have the histamine intolerance issue. Thanking you in advance.

Dr. Goldner, I always refer friends and families to you when they ask about how my husband and I recovered from his imminent death and my cancer flare ups, arthritis and overall health. It's their choice to take action which can be immediate, take time or never happens. I have noticed a life long friend only 'listens' to males. It took me 70 years to realize this. She has many many friends and does a lot of research, but only does what a man suggests. I will divulge her mother was a schizophrenic which is probably the reason why.

Maybe look to the obvious.....Maybe it's time. I believe we all have our time to go. After researching NDE'S for decades, I'm plant based, but kinda looking forward( not too soon) to going!

My pcp had a bunch of labs run for auto immune issues, and I see her on the 9th to follow up. I think it's gonna be like doing a puzzle since the majority of my labs are "out of range". 🤔🙃
I'm hoping to find all of your info on FB, Insta, and mostly your website.
Thanks for all you do 😊

    Can be other cause?
Is it possible that, between two conditions, only one improves with proper nutrition?
I had almost no saliva production, and Sjögren's syndrome was suspected. Previously, two large salivary stones were removed from the right side. I started a diet, and soon all my lower back pain, which I hadn't even considered, disappeared. My dry mouth improved somewhat, but I still feel it strongly, especially on the right side where the salivary stone was. What could be causing the dry mouth? I have been following the diet for four months now.

Does anyone know if she has helped anyone with Huntington's disease? The husband's coworker was just informed that he has 10 years left to live and had to quit the job. I would like to know if her protocol would help him or if any tips would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

Chef AJ consumed a diet that was invented in the last 80 years but civilization was not invented in the last 80 years and she liked to eat desserts. The last time Jack LaLanne ate a dessert was in 1929 and the last time Dr. Leila Denmark ate a dessert was in 1948 as desserts are terrible for your health as is all junk food.
