My local taqueria stopped selling lengua tacos. Sad! I made this and… IT’S THE SAME! SO DELICIOUS! MUY PERFECTO! The butcher had to go in the back and cut the tongue off for me, and all the people there looked at me strangely, and I DIDN’T CARE! I laughed and made DELICIOUS lengua tacos. This is the best Mexican food channel on TH-cam. Period. Everything I make from here is glorious perfection. Thank you again!
I have loved beef tongue since I was a child. Now that tongue tacos have become popular, it's harder to find affordable tongue. So, it's a total treat. Tongue tacos are awesome!
I made these Tacos Saturday and they were delicious ! I was a little unsure of the salsa and almost made a salsa verde but decided to try yours. Best decision of the day. Everything was perfect and the taste was unbelievable! Thank you for the recipe.

I dry age lengua for 30 days then cook sous vide 170/24. I like the flavor so I make simple lengua sandwiches with yellow mustard... Been eating lengua for 57 years now...
That salsa looks legit. My wife had lengua the other day when we went on vacation to vegas. Now she is in love with it. This looks like a very informative video I'm going to give it a try.

I loved living in the Southern Hemisphere and western Texas. In the early 80’s. The good food was like a Mexican home cooked place they had asada and other things. But the meat was I guess maybe skirt steak? I asked a guy who still lives in San Antonio and he told me it’s was completely different now. I’m sure if I ate what your cooking now in this video I’d like it but the cow part is weird. I grew up on a farm and even eating a cow I’ve raised is very difficult. I know I sound weird but I want to get back to this type cooking. Do you have a cook book recommended???? Thank you for the great cooking skills.

I make tacos de lengua in a stem pot (olla tamalera) and the only ingredients I use is salt and bay leaves. Wen you cook lengua in water it doesn't come out right.
Woops...a friend introduced my daughter to these tacos when she was 7...she's 22 now & still orders. I'm showing her this video! Can you buy tongue without buying a whole one? She's the only one who'll eat it.
