Replacing the high pressure piston head on the Omega Trailcharger

step by step instructions to replace the piston head. If your Trailcharger is slowly coming to a stop when pumping, this piston head needs to be replaced.

Good little informative video. Hopefully the newer pumps will come with the upgraded piston. I would carry out the upgrade after watching this. But all in all a good help.
Update:
Newer pump has failed so this video is going to be of great use. I have to wait a while as the UK importer is having to request the newer pistons. The parts are coming from China so hopefully within a week or two so I've been told. The UK importers are very good and have kept me up to date with anything I have asked
In the UK we also don't access to the special grease, the importer sells it in small tubes but would love the 16 oz tubes as the small tubes are not really adequate especially if you need to strip the pumps down.
Question, Did your pump work fine after repair?
Are there any other problems you have come across?
Are there any other items that you should hold in a spares pack?
How reliable has your pump been?
