Brah, this unit is 💥 bomb! Each area is spacious, washer and dryer in unit, and balcony, mind blowing! Suggestion: a narrow table, that doubles as an island, add, 2-4 stools; if they swivel it will double as extra seating, it will set the whole space off.
When you said "What's good, y'all", you reminded me of Ekow Simpson in Ghana. I'm in the US but have been watching some Ghana vids geared towards the diaspora. Great studio, which as you said is really an apartment. Even has a balcony! You could get a fold-up 2 chairs & 1 table bistro set, a more sturdy, larger set that would be more appropriate for men. When not in use, it could lean against a wall without taking up much space. You're a great presenter/ad-libber with a smooth, candid, laid-back presentation method. Nice smile! Lol, if you have a separate bedroom, that’s a one bedroom apartment not a studio. A studio is all one room, the only room that would be separate with walls and a door is the bathroom. It’s a cute one bedroom.

Great studio. You definitely could put a small 2 seater counter height table under the mirror that is opposite your kitchen, and it would not rake up that much room.
I would call it a deluxe studio. A regulation bedroom is 8’ x 8’, and has a window. A closet is not mandatory. He’s fortunate to not have a sleeping area that is tucked into a corner of the living room, and visible from wherever you sit.
It's definitely a man's apartment. No flowers, no curtains, no fufu bed sheets, just manly just how men are simple, plain, practical, but with a point just be manly. ,
