I bought Epres after one of your first videos on it, and my hair looks SO much healthier now. I have never tried K18, so cannot compare the two, but definitely like the Epres better than Olaplex for my hair!
The OGX coconut oil completely destroyed my ends. So a warning to those with fine hair… it caused 2 inches of breakage within a couple weeks. I had to use the Olaplex oil to repair the damage. In other words, after using the Olaplex oil for a couple months I was able to grow the inches back, and stop the breakage while adding strength and softness. The pureology shampoo has been nice on my waist length damaged hair too, and it does feel much softer and healthier after 6 months of use.
I agree about the Vanicream moisturizer! I always go back to Vanicream cleanser/moisturizer when my skin is flared and I've been "experimenting" too much with other things 😂Thanks for all the recommendations! 💜
I love the Elf Holy Hydration cleansing balm! Also, The Ordinary's Buffet + Cu peptides! Someone said it's not an antioxidant and they are WRONG! Copper peptides are indeed an antioxidant! It feels like my ends are coming back to life, they feel less dry:) Another thing I’ve been doing which is super simple is switching the setting on my hairdryer to less power, so it doesn’t blow out my cuticles and make my hair frizzy. I used to used the high power and it gave me so much frizz.
I tried the Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptides 1% because of your recommendation and my skin loves it. It looks so plump, I get positive comments from a lot of people now. Also I find that it helps to fade my acne scars a lot faster. 😊 Next on my list is the Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer. And I have to say Abbey, your new lips look so so good! Abby - you NEED to dry the bioderma cleansing oil. It’s not marketed for the use of make up removal, but that’s 100% what I use it for and it’s AMAZING. It’s also such a good value. Go check it out. I’m obsessed.

I only like cleansing oils and balms that emulsify when you add water after massaging them into the skin. They usually turn a milky white at this point and rinse away without leaving an oily residue. Maybe that is what was meant in the description of the Klairs cleansing oil being milky?
My favorite beauty products is "Smoothies" facial stickers. I put them on my "11" and problem spot on my forehead every night before bed. I wake up and the lines, wrinkles are gone. Im 62yo but I wish I started using them in my 30-40's. They prevent and reverse the damage.
You need to try the hello sunday spf 50 balm! It's similar to putting Vaseline on your lips. Great for the summer and comes in adorable pastel peach, pink and white packaging! I want to add that it contains several UVA filters (Tinasorb S, Uvinol A plus, Avobenzone - not my fave), very important to me.
If you want THE BEST creamy cleanser try the evanhealy cleansing milk - the rose one is the best but they have an original and lavender one. I've been using it for 5 years and I cannot find anything better. It will never dry out your skin - its awesome.
I think youd love the skinfix foaming oil cleanser. It is NOT an oil cleanser, it is super milky and creamy and has SUCH a beautiful texture. There’s nothing super special about it but I still cannot get enough.

I always use cleansing milks or cream cleansers in the morning due to my dry skin, and the make prem one was one of my favourites. I am now using Dewy Tree and quite like this as well. I need to buy a good shampoo for clarifying as I used up the blue Olaplex one, and the QUAI detox shampoo is one I had my eye on so am glad to hear your review of it. I loved the Scinic sunscreen, but because it was so light i feel that I went through it very fast compared to thicker sunscreens
Have you tried The Ordinary Squalane cleanser? It's so creamy and gentle, I really like it. And you can get it in a small tube for trying out, doesn't take long at all to finish up 😊

Many people, including myself, are really concerned about reports on the toxic levels of benzene being discovered in almost all aerosol dry shampoo products. I’m wondering if you might be able to address this on your channel? What does this mean, what does the PR language from these companies mean? And what alternatives are there? Especially given the lack of oversight of the cosmetic/beauty industry, we need more unbiased information to understand these health risks. With your platform, I think you have the ability to really elevate understanding. If these products are really putting so many people at risk of developing cancer, I think it’s extremely important. This is random, but the L’Oreal Ever Pure Bond Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner smells extremely similar to Nishane’s Hundred Silent Ways perfume. (Julianna’s Perfume Shades of Silence is a close dupe.)

K18 is only worth it if you bleach your hair. Otherwise, it's probably unnecessary and too expensive to use in the routine
