Taikyoku Shodan Tutorial

Taikyoku Shodan is the first Kata that students will learn in the Shotokan system. It has a very similar structure to Heian Shodan, but with less variety of techniques. In this tutorial, Dimitri Papadopoulos of the New Orleans Shotokan Academy, breaks down the Kata in a step by step tutorial.
