    A very great and helpful crash course for an amateur like me, as I'm having a job interview for a Help Desk position in ONE ZERO Digital Bank, which requires fundamental knowledge of the basics of Networking and Cloud Computing.
    Thank you very much, Michael!

    Studying for my Network + and this video was great in terms of connecting all the concepts together to form something cohesive. Studying for the exam becomes so granular, it is nice to get an overview. Well explained, thanks!

    "What is a router?
    A router is effectively a server with a whole lot of network interfaces at its most elemental level."
    I didn't really know you could look at it that way.
    🤯
    For him to explain it that way, you can tell he's been doing this for a LOOOONG time despite all those suffixes after his name (in which he left out Esq.👑 (The British formality). 😁 Cuz his knowledge of The Cloud is superior.

    Hello! Great video, for the future ones, it would be helpful to just have more key words, acronyms, written down on the video to further memorize and also facilitate quick note taking in order to dig deeper into key documentation. Other than that, the rhythm and depth of the explanation is very efficient and helpful.
    Just thought i'd make it known since you seem interest in skill sharing.

    • @GoCloudArchitects
      @GoCloudArchitects  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you. We can have more things written down for visual learners.
      But we actually don’t want people to use acronyms. We encourage clear communications. Acronyms cause errors
      For example. VM which is a common acronym. Does it mean virtual machine, voice mail, vulnerability managemnt?
      We also don’t want people to memorize content. We want people to develop a deep understanding of how things work, which is necessary for a big career.
      But we can add more visual elements and will ask our video editors to do so.

    Another great video!
    What level of networking knowledge, would you say, is required before starting to study cloud? In your opinion, is CCNA enough or would you recommend gaining CCNP level of knowledge. I know that you said Cloud architect does not have to have that much technical knowledge as let's say engineer, but even if I went to the architecting field I would still like to be able to build it instead of just designing. I think, knowing how things work together and how to make them work together would make a better architect.
    Thanks a lot for all of your content ( found it not so long ago so still going through it). Keep it comming. :-D

    • @GoCloudArchitects
      @GoCloudArchitects  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Pnu,
      The CCNP is a great certification and will provide a good background in networking and help you become a better cloud architect.
      Knowing how to build things is great. And everyone should know how to build the systems.
      The problem is when people spend so much time learning how to build systems that they don’t focus on the critical design skills, business acumen, presentation skills, soft skills etc.
      So as long as you develop both you will be in a great place. But if you want to be an architect focus on those other skills. They matter at least as much as the tech piece.

      @@mrshah9934 Hello. Cloud computing is renting space in someone else’s network and datacenter.
      So you will need good strong networking fundamentals.
      The below videos should give you the fundamentals you need for an engineering role.
      AWS Advanced Networking Course | FREE ANS-C01 Training | AWS Networking Specialty Course

      Networking For Cloud Computing | AWS Networking Training | What Is CIDR | Subnetting | VLSM

      @@mrshah9934 Hi. The course we shared was very basic networking.
      It’s really the bare minimum fundamentals.
      The only thing that would be more basic and help you would be to read these books.
