Well I really hope that George Harrisons psycadelic Rocky Strat, Eric Clapton's Blackie, Mark Knopflers Fiesta Red Strat and the white Hendrix Strat will be in part 2🤔
The only two guitars that I absolutely expected without question were Blackie and the Hendrix Woodstock ",Star Spangled Banner."

Hank Marvin's 1959 red Strat would do me ✌👦👍 it was the first Strat to be had in Europe...
I believe Eric Clapton has the first signature model with fender?
Theres a few guitars in these 2 videos I've wanted. But back last september (2020) I finally got the nerve & the cash to do it though in a roundabout way. I can't afford anything like a custom shop reproduction or a signature series so I decided to build 1 from a kit. I did a Hank Marvin style strat with a few modern parts on it like slightly more modern tuners, lace sensors (golds) n a couple other details.
I hope Robbie Robertson's Bronze Start will appear in part 2

I think your number ten should be in the top five. That guitar may actually be more famous than it's player. And don't get me wrong, I'm a giant Rory Gallagher fan.
You didn’t mention that Hank Marvin’s first Strat is now in the possession of Bruce Welch and Bruce still uses it to this day.
There are about 95 stratocasters tied for the top ten positions. This is gonna be a long video.
Cool video but the first Fender signature artist is Eric Clapton and not Yngwie Malmsteen.
I'm afraid that's not true. Malmsteen predated him by a couple of months.
Guitar Nerds interesting, could you please let me know your source? I double check, Gruhn’s Guide to Vintage Guitars and The Dream Factory Fender Custom Shop confirm that Clapton is the first signature artist. Also, an article “The Origins of Fender Signature Guitars” written by Tony Bacon on Reverb.com supports it.
@@Guitar-nerds If you can provide a source on that you should probably change the Wikipedia page on Eric Clapton's Fender Stratocaster, as on Wikipedia it's listed as "the first signature model guitar produced by Fender."
Joe, can you do a video of the top 10 female guitarrists of all time and can you please put on one of those spots Noodle from Gorillaz? It's because I find her so gorgeous and so awesome when she plays the guitar.

The Hank Marvin story is wrong. And no Hendrix, Clapton, Knoffler, SRV, Fruiscante, Mayer, and tons more.
