MUY buena calidad, el texto imagenes. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxbnOKZBE4evMO5V2vroHeCjq6d_MV6wJO Un manuel muy completo y trabajado. Resulta muy práctico. Para principiantes y profesionales. Lo recomiendo
It is admirable that you were able to recycle old wood and make such creative and beautiful products.
Superbly done..
seeing you fit the pieces into the Dados was satisfying : )
I think you made this video just to show off your workbench, well I was impressed!
Perfetto, fantastico, un lavoro molto pulito
What a nice workbench. Keep on posting videos..
Once the jig is made, what a timesaver! Brilliant!
👍🏼
What a cool approach to an age old question and solution. Perfect!

One of the best jigs I've seen in a long time, well done you.
Robbie from Huyton Liverpool UK
Maybe some star knobs instead of the screws? Nice clean build. Thanks & good luck!!
Smart little jig!

Nice work bench. Love the centre stop
Gracias super idea , yo la voy hacer
Thnks friend
Many years ago oh made a similar jig to cut the recess for guitar end graph. It is still going strong.
great, brilliant and perfekt. Good Job!!
Merci beaucoup pour cette vidéo mon ami 👍🙏👍
That is excellent! The only thing I might do differently is use Allen head bolts rather than pozie'.
Very cool
Fantastic 👍
That's really cool and clever. I got a shit load of laminate flooring left over from jobs.im gonna make myself one of them.thanks for the insperation. 👍
If you put one of the edges of the jig up against the board receiving the dado you can also square the dado to the board.
Congratulations!
A good video is of 10000 words
Sure would like to see you get a better push stick to control the wood on your table saw! Looks like a great shop!
Great idea!
I love it, just don’t know how you ensure it’s square to the board your dadoing
Couldn’t you mark the one edge of the desired dado then line up the edge of the jig with that?
That’s why He has the 2 boards with t track. Those will ensure the dado will be 90 degrees to the boards…
He lined it up to his layout line, which was drawn using a square.
🤩 Génial, merci pour ce tuto
Great Job! and thanks for showing this cool stuff
Thanks for the great simple construction!
Yes sir thnks too 😊🙏
Router dado jig. Perfect dado implies the dado is a perfect fit.
Great video! I had to subscribe after watching this one! Looking forward to seeing your other videos. All the best
Perfect 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice build video. Great tip.
Parfaitement parfait !
Great jop 🤝💐👑
I like your design because it does not use a top bearing but uses the collar on the base plate instead = 1 less wear surface to allow for, because bearings wear out.
Top
in my experience usually the bearing is not the first part of the bit that wears out if properly maintained, it is the part that actually does the cut that wears out. That told it is true that a straight bit is cheaper then a pattern maker bit with top bearing so depending on how much housed joints you do the time and money spent to build this jig can be worth. I personally prefer to use the bit with the top bearing, I like jigs and fixtures, but they take space in my little and crowded workshop, so I prefer to build jigs that allow me to do something other way impossible and this IMHO is not the case given that a good quality and properly maintained pattern maker bit with top bearing can carve several miles of housed joint.
Nice idea
Excelente! Muito bom!
Great job!!!
Super!
Gracias..
clever thanks!
Nice work
Thank you for the nice jig and the beautiful video, you have a very nice workshop too, but wouldn't it be easier to use a trim router bit?
Fantastic work, dude! Amazing jig!!! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Yes sir
Clever
Halo teman....
Number one dado jig there Sir! I hope I am not the only one whose attention was carried away by your rather very rare and great work bench. What is it called??? That is ingenious work papa!
CNC отдыхает ))))
Great
Great jig. What I didn't get is what type of router bit you are using to prevent eating away your jig... Cheers
He added a guide bushing for this. Look here: th-cam.com/video/WByCCI3ejkI/w-d-xo.html
Excelente
👍👍👍👍
@ 6:17 - no room for glue on the side joints? Try a strip or two of tape when sizing the jig.
Very interseting build, thanks for sharting! I wonder what purpose leaving this few milimiters thin layer of material on the bottom of the jig serves? Isn't it going to be trimmed by a router bit at some point, or is it specific to the spacing of particular router?
Look at 3:10 he has a router guide bushing installed.
That trim is to allow the jig sides to be held open wider than the piece and will be the same as the offset required for the chosen bit/guide combination.
If it wasn't there, the gap on the jig would be less and then by the time the guide is put in the gap the cut will be even narrower.
This is an example of the weak point of this video. I do think this is a great video and brilliant jig but the lack of verbal que’s and a little bit more instructions can lead to questions for those less experienced. The offset at the bottom is to accommodate for the thickness of the router plate insert guide. If you look more closely, when he sets his stock in the jig and closes the jig, it’s the bottom piece of the jig that is tight against his stock, not the upper part. With that being said, a really well done video. Love your workbench.
@@freeflyer6170 thank you for clear explanation
I wondered the same thing, wouldn't it have been just as easy to not have the extra step of allowing for this by simply using a inverted flush trim bit?
Nice jig, are you squaring it to the piece by the line you added with the square? John
