    i’ve always been super flexible for as long as i can remember, so lately when i started growing and losing flexibility, i was really frustrated and annoyed with how i could barely get into my left split. i decided to watch your leg stretching videos to get my split back, and i got it in less than a day. 💜

    I will be trying this out today! Anna has helped so many people and also has helped me. I would not be able to touch my toes or touch my nose to my knee without her. I also am so close to an elbow stand and my splits! To me Anna is a professional at this!❤❤❤

    Progress:
    April 17 2023: I really want to become a flexible for gymnastics so i have completed a lot of your videos and got my splits front flip/front tuck front walkover and much more thanks to you! Now i really want to have back flexibility so i started this video!
    Day 1/20: Had to go in between advanced and modification but really enjoyed this routine got deeper into my seal stretch then ever before!
    Day 2/20 Only did half cause my siblings were bothering me and jumping all over me so i could not do it lol
    Day 3/20 WOWWW Im improving so much and only day 3 technically 2 i can go much deeper into my seal stretch and almost got my tear drop backbend

    I would love if u do stretches to get the splits. Also, when I try the splits, it doesn't hurt, and I just can't go any further, so if you have any tips, it would definitely help.

      I faced the same thing, but I realized that all you need to do is instead of trying to open your legs more try to just push your hips down by raising your hands up or by letting someone else help, it will be painful but its worth it

    -do all splits+improve over splits
    -improve back bend, almost got teardrop! 🥳
    -get my front+back walkovers!
    -work on my handstands
    -make my cartwheels look better

    I did this and your split stretching routines 2-3 times a day for 3 days, and I’m seeing results already! I already almost have my teardrop and chest stand! But don’t feel discouraged for whoever doesn’t see results yet because I pave been doing gymnastics since I was 6 and I’m 11 now. Good luck to everyone trying and remember to practice!
    Edit: i can now place one hand on my ankles!! I’m so close to a teardrop!

    Wow Anna, sei cosi flessibile!!! Io ho imparato la spaccata in un anno (sono molto più lenta rispetto a voi lo so😢) grazie a te e te ne sono veramente molto grata! Ora chiedo un consiglio: ora che ho imparato la spaccata, so fare il ponte e nulla di più, quale video di Anna mi consigliate così da potermi allenare? Se riuscite a mettere il link ve ne sarei grata!!

    thanks a lot anna! your routines helped me a lot at first i couldnt even touch my toes. but after following your routine i got a really flexible back,legs and hips! i dont even feel a single stretch doing a backbend. thanks again sooo much♥

    Anna thank you so much . I was able to do a bridge but I was not understanding how to get closer , when I use to try to get closer in my bridge my back use to hurt alot but after watching your stretches now I know how to do teardrop and I know how to do back bend

    Hi anna I have decided to try and get my middle slept I tried a couple years ago and I gave up but then I came across your channle last year then I found out you had this channle and I've been doing this middle slit routine for 3 days and already progress I'm never giving up angin if you read this comment never give up on your hopes and dreams and we're always cool and great no matter what we can or can't do and anna keep going girl😀😀😀😀
