I used to not be flexible at all basically, I couldn’t do a backend, I couldn’t do the splits, I couldn’t do anything really. But because of you, I can do so many flexibility stuff now! I am ready for this challenge! So remind me everyday so I don’t forget hehe. I do a morning stretch, night stretch and just a full body stretch in the day. Sometimes I switch the routine up a little from her other routines (full body) I am naturally flexible but I can’t even do a chest stand with my legs on the ground so this is what I did yet:

these stretches have been really helping me and last year I managed to do most of your moves but then now I lost my flexibility. But because you send these stretches, I have been slowly gaining back my flexibility!

Saw the notification come up at 12, told my mom about it, set a reminder and promptly forgot about it. 2 min count down we’re running around preparing. 1 1/2 minutes in I regretted seeing the notification. My mom and I were both like it’s not perfect but at least we’re doing it. We completely it, I’m happy and pouring sweat

In the past I could do splits and over splits on both sides (left and right) but as I got older I started studying more and more and now I can’t even go down on one of the sides.
