Good video. I was living on soi 11 last year, and it's certainly back to pre-covid days seems like a new place or refurb there every week. Always been a great soi for nightlife.

I lived in Fraser Suites soi 11 for 8 months, back in the days of Q Bar and Bedsupper Club. Its all changed now.

@@ProjectBangkok Yes it was nice. I had a 1br with kitchen. Fully serviced. I then moved out to Siri Sathorn apartments at Sala Dang for a year. Now living in Jomtien. Been in Thailand for 15 years now, out of Oz.

Your welcome. It’s easier said then done I fortunately. I hate nothing more than the TH-camrs who walk around trying to hide the camera from everyone. If someone asks me nicely not to film them I’ll 100% delete the clip and find another way to capture the moment if I can ✌🏻
@@ProjectBangkok A solid principal to have m8. It's easier to make money on here secretly filing and spamming that type of content. However we want to have a good time and not be constantly looking over our shoulder for some cameras secretly filming us. If it was more open vlogging like you are showing people would have the chance to cover their faces or at least smile and show the camera and the people watching how friendly the place can be. Which helps tourism more than anything. Keep up the great work. Just discovered you recently. I will definitely check the catalogue.

I stayed in the ambassador on soi 11, april last year, and although it was good it was nothing compared to when I went back this January, it's definitely a lot better
They got more hotels on the way from what I hear. It’s such a central location it makes sense to build more
Would you recommend that hotel for a 20-days stay? Is it comfortable and clean?

Gotta be careful in the beer bars. I mean check your bill. They tried overcharging on my drink and there was a girl pushing to sit with my friend and I. I politely declined, took a couple times for her to get the hint...

You didn't mention much about prices and although cheaper than in the west, bars will give you the least bang for the buck. You can easily spend a couple days meal budget in two hours in a bar. I admit I never quite understood the attraction of a noisy smokey smelly bar with over priced drinks. I much prefer a cappuccino on a nice terrace with a great view.
There’s a million variations of drinks and tastes it would be impossible. I did say what places were priced well.. also it’s easy to work out that the rooftop bar is going to be more than the street bar. You can spend as little or as much as you like is the long and the short of the whole video
Have weed brownie with your coffee, that will make for a fun day.

Ive been going there for many years, the pace of change right now is crazy. All the basic bars and eating places are gone /going. Its getting very gentrified, maybe too much?
18 years ago Bed Suppa club. they were the days. cheap charlies opposite. I think its changed for the worst to be honest.
I don’t think I ever went there when I was on holiday so don’t remember so much
I think a few of those bars (Orange Bar etc) have been bulldozed now.... building condo's
1 week after I put this video up they pulled down half the bars.. did not age well. Bangkok constantly changing
