I’ve been watching your videos for over a year and have informed my son in-law about you who is a school systems superintendent. Keep up the good work ( very informative )
Never seen such videos before, where you compare hotels in one street.. I found it really interesting.. hope to see more. Sukhumvit 24 has a lot of hotels in the soi too
thank you. this was not a cheap video to produce, but the response has been good and it was a lot of fun to make. Perhaps i'll do another one in the near future.
Mercure looks good. Stayed at one in Jakarta and also in Kuala Lumpur, and both properties and service were excellent. May try this one in Bangkok soon.
Just returned from a 6 day stay at the mecuire everything about this hotel was perfect staff rooms location with a good gym swimming pool and bar soi 11 is the street to be will definitely return 😊
I've been to Mercure. Great place. Fairly simple breakfast buffet but not a deal breaker. Rooms are fine. As always don't get a room next to the elevator if you like a quiet night.
hello,,really nice video,, wanted to know about solitaire hotel, is it worth it? i reserve the grand deluxe club sky (high floor),,, with breakfast, going there for the first time, in Thailand ,,, do you recommend another for the first time and i really want to be in that action area.,,,
If you had to choose from Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, he Key Premier Sukhumvit Bangkok and Eleven Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11/ Which one would choose?
Mercure is GREAT! A nice big room with a BATHTUB 🛀 for under$100 /night! I Do admit to eating at El Gaucho. But thar was the only time I really splurged. I wanted to taste the New Zealand beef! Great food carts all along the way. You could spend a whole week on Soi 11 and be entertained. You might want to go elsewhere to find ladies.
Hey Rojo, will you record something from Pattaya. I'm planning to go on holiday there in February. Is it worth? If you are there we ca drink coffee together. BTW great video, definitely hotels review your best side

There are a couple in Bangkok. Maybe I'll try the one in KL next.

Hi Paul. Looks like you’re having fun in Thailand. I’m jealous.
See you out there, Sir.

I stay in hotel AIRA, it’s in the centre of soi 11 street.
even though the room that i got was really small, i still feel it was a great value for the money.
Frasier suits on soi 11 I stayed at. It’s was a very good hotel also. It was a serviced apartment
The Solitaire charges for cuppucino, even when you book with breakfast, A show stopper, based on principle.
i don't blame you.... I do like a good cup of coffee in the morning.
Stayed in Mercure back when it was The Presidents Palace multiple times from 2012-2014 brilliant hotel great location
Thank you.
Mercure in which area? Siam or Sukhumvit 24

That's good
Mercure is too expensive now days, not worth it, much cheaper and better options
Booked to go solitaire myself
I think Mercure was the best because the room looks nice.
An older property, but executed well.
Baths the size of a dog kennel.
Left China for good?

Thank you. I haven't been to Pattaya, yet. Perhaps in the future. Work takes me to Bangkok here and there. I would love to do more videos.
