Love that you found it resourceful! To avoid returning for take-down, I would recommend using removable wall hooks and attaching it directly to the wall. :)
@@balloongarland yes that is a great alternative also. Unfortunately most venues don't allow for any hooks, glue or tape on the walls.

Hi instead of the bar at the top can you pvc piping to have a round arch?
Hi Natasha, in order to have a strong rounded top it would be best not to attach PVC to conduit, but a round arch can certainly be made with PVC. I will do a tutorial on it to show you as soon as I can. :)
Hi... Is it more cheaper to buy the stuff at lowes and build it yourself.. i been using command hooks for a while and nails to hang my balloons.. it is a struggle using those damage hooks and nails.. i need arch stand lol im 4,11 too im short hanging up things..
