When clients do that and press hard for what they consider a mistake when it is miscommunication or you have proof that it was their request, I feel like they are pushing for a discount/refund. Repeat clients are the best but it’s hard to swallow hard criticism when despite slight errors the work still looks phenomenal . That’s the number #1 challenge, client personalities,but staying professional is the constant and you do that well.

I totally understand this feeling. I had a similar experience with a client who conveniently forgot that they agreed to provide a backdrop and stand when in front of their coworkers. It was too late to provide a stand and backdrop in time for the event. You like me believe in providing excellent customer service and it hurts when there is a complete miscommunication/misunderstanding. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Brittany, question. I notice you said that you only do installs only and do not go back and take it down. If I heard correctly could you share how you do that. We are realizing the take down is very time consuming.

Do you build your own number blocks to fill in with balloons? If not how do get them or make them?

Certain balloon brands will pop dark colors like Qualatex in the heat but I've found that Betallic/Sempertex dark colors work fairly good in heat.
