Would it be possible to drill holes in the center of the pavers in order to stick the PVC pipe directly? Would save the money required for the IKEA light stand. I'm on a budget.

+King Wolfie Hey there! The pic pipe is 1/2" you can go smaller but youkk really have to test it. The smaller you go the harder it will be to bend to complete the arch. You could use other lamp stands. The knot stand is actually a lamp as well but make sure the lamp you buy is steady enough. Hope that helps!

i wanted to built a arch .The two stands are 15 feets apart. So 15 Feets is its diameter . That means length of the arch pi X diameter = 3.14 X 15 = 47.12 feets. Approximately 50 feets is length of arch which i wanted to make. Which pipe would be better plumping or electric. If i use plumping i may be using 5 pipes of 10 feets.
Ive never made a arch that large with pvc. If i were going to attempt it I'd def go with the plumbing pvc . Its more sturdier but Im still not sure if it would hold up to the wind. If you try it let me know how it comes out. Tks!

Mrs. Branch90 if you're going to slip the PVC pipe all the way down the pole you may want to add the extra weight, because that will change the structure of the ache somewhat & can be easily knock over. Hello, Do you know if I can use the NOT floor uplight/reading lamp as the base? It looks similar and in the same IKEA lamp family as the one you posted in the description section however there’s two lamps instead of one.
if it's 6' wide by 9' high the following formula would apply. width + 2x ( height) = total arch length so 6' + 2x ( 9' ) = 24' total length note: if it's 9 feet width by 6' height you would use a different formula. hope that helps!
+KERESHA MORRISON yes you could do that. Although not absolutely necessary i like to keep the connector in the middle so I would get 2 10' pipes and take 2.5' off each one. just a suggestion. :)
each pvc pipe is 10 feet. you only need one coupler between the two if you are using the stands I'm using ( Ikea NOT lamps) they will attach right to them without a coupler :)
Luis Loredo if you know how to do math you can easily get a rough estimate by dividing the length of the arch by the height of the balloons..... then simply multiply by 4........or better yet, u can just pay someone like me since your too lazy to figure simple things out and anf you'll probably fuck it up...lmao
