Did you replace the valve with a charged line on the meter side? Or was the city water turned off?

it was still charged only about 20 percent. The Valve before the meter would not turn off all the way

@@philanderson8419 Crimps the pipe and fitting together and uses an o-rings for a water tight seal. Larger fittings are a different story, but 2" and smaller thats how it works.
