Wow that changes the game. I already had my ducks in a row but definitely a good resource for quick referencing! Your best video yet along with the AI tool.
You make this shit seem so easy. That’s a complicated process. I live in Pittsburgh which falls under the Buffalo region & they move slow as hell. I came home in April 2013 it took them to August 2014 for me to get my 50% disability 🥴😮💨😮💨
I'm contemplating using the VA for a medical diagnosis of my Thyroid issue. I went to an Endo and of course wasted my time. I do have a doctor I can use however but not sure he's all up on Thyroid issues. If, as I suspect, I am Hypothyroid, I am covered by the PACT Act. Just never used them for anything medical except when I first retired and applied for VA disability benefits over 20 years ago. I am 100% currently for Prostate Cancer.
There was a site like this that was free site then it was a paid site (unless you used the wayback machine still was free that way) hopefully this will stay free.
Hey Clay, I just got 70% for depresion, I was at 50% so now Im at 80%, I have everything ready to claim migraines, my doctor did my DBQ withe severity and wrote I cant work, because of the frequency of my migraines, I have buddy letters and my personal statement. Should I put the claim in? I claim back pain with a buddy letter, but on my ship the Corpsman gave us Motrin and told us to bend this way and that way and to take the pills and suck it up, so I imagine they never wrpte anything on the medical record because I was denied, you have a recommendation for my back situaation, now I have 4 lumbar herniated discs, 3 cervical, I have pain down my right leg and both of my arms go numb like 15+ times a day specially when sleeping, help me out bro 🙏🙏🙏🙏 thanks
Clay, with the date pushing MH changes do you think Sleep Apnea will be pushed as well? Also DJT paused all federal codes, do you believe this will apply to the April sleep apnea changes . Sorry for the long questions
Hey Clay. How do you send some info? Do you have a fax machine or an email addy so I can send you some info about my insomnia/ tinnitus/ 100% increase?
The VA needs to change the way Nexus letters are used. Providers refuse to write them for 99% of veterans. They should be obligated to write them. We shouldnt have to pay thousands for letters written by doctors who arent part of our designated medical teams. Not only that but why arent the Nexus letters from previously approved claims set in stone for the rest of us? They know the nexus' for every condition that exists yet they play dumb and evaluate each and every nexus letter as if its new information to them. This is the most significant change that needs to happen now. Some veterans aren't going to like this next part. I understand why the Nexus letter roadblock is in place. If it wasn't, a trillion dollars more in disability compensation would be awarded overnight. Instead of picking and choosing between those with and without Nexus letters, maybe pick and choose based on background. Some of us fought multiple combat deployments, experienced the impact of suicide bombers first hand, and lost our best friends due to suicide. A little different than the veteran who got PTSD during basic training, or the CrossFit instructor who has bad knees and neck pain. Be selective there perhaps.
I looked at Aid & Attendance on this site just now and am disappointed in how it reflects info from va.gov info, but doesn't really clarify exceptions. The Va seems to say that you have to be on a va pension to qualify for A&A - but that's not true - is it?
Hey Clay.. I have never commented on ANY videos, as a surviving spouse of a Vietnam Era Veteran, I want to say “Thank You” You cover so many topics .. I had no idea how to navigate through all of the mucky-muck that I’ve had to decipher to even learn about the possibility of past-due-benefits due the presumptive conditions due to Agent Orange. Just from learning CfR and the 21-VA Manual., I was able to obtain my former spouse’s C-File and medical records from the National Archives. Clay, I now have a claim pending with the initial denied claim dated March 1973 for ICH ! That is huge past due benefits due.. thank you for giving me the tools to champion for my proud, Korean War ( Purple Heart) and Vietnam Era veteran! God bless you and your Family ❤

Bonjour. Regarding Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). Are you eligible if you're 100% PT? Thanks.
My supplemental claim got close and under issue status says currently under appeal what does that mean?

you can get aid and attendance for non service connected pension. I received for years until my compensation was high enough.
