It could be SO cool to see Indian off shore wind mill farms producing electricity and hydrogen for a sustainable future for India decopling Indias energy production from international fossil fuel prices! Would make India more independent of international large fluctuations of fossil fuels and keep Indian currencies from leaving India! How about TATA making Indian cars with hydrogen engines. They could also be exported to the entire world, making foreign currencies flow into India! Sounds like a double win situation to me.

Great speech. However energy is a smaller impact area than the world food system vis a vis climate change. In its current Avatar our food system is far more damaging to climate change than automotives, carbon intensive energy and other industrial pollution combined. The 2019 UN IPCC reports amply demonstrate this. Furthermore agriculture and the food sector in general is the largest employer in the world.
Therefore, I hope more people will discuss issues relating to our unsustainable reliance on livestock and oceans as food sources more urgently.

Part of Denmarks gains are providing green sustainable energy to the agricultural sector, so not only does one investment in green wind or solar energy benefits energy production in itself it also enhances green transformations in the agricultural sector. Fertilizer production are often a energy heavy production. Decopling fertilizer production from the fossil fuel price are another example of securing green and stable farming outputs. Exactly as PM Mette Frederiksen said: "Decopling economic growth from (traditional fossil fuel based) energy use".
