I like how on the screen you can almost a slight bit of anger or annoyance and Finnicks face as he’s reaped and then he looks off to his left (our right) towards Annie and Mags.
Ye plus the people running the arena would prolly wipe out groups with random things like dogs and shit. Also some of the tributes have been training their whole life so they don’t care abt peace unfortunately

I think the point is that Finnick’s selfless acts of love isn’t only remembered by Annie. The continued thought of them, and others, is what’s keeping Katniss sane, her coping mechanism.
I really felt bad for Annie. She literally had PTSD from her games, the tsunami literally shook her, and shortly after she won, a spidee jumped on her. It must be traumatic because she might think that the gamemakers would set her up again because they knew her weakness.
