- In today's video I will be using the Revlon one step blow dryer brush for the first time. When blow drying my hair, I've always used my regular blow dryer which took hours to do but this wash day I wanted to try something different. The Revlon one step blow dryer brush was so easy and quick to use, I instantly fell in love with it. However, my blow out routine is still the same, I'm just using a different blow dryer. -What is your hair type? Low porosity, medium density and type 4 mostly 4b mixed with a little 4a.

Thank you for sharing your routine! I grew my hair to waist length with chunky twists before I found your channel and we have very similar hair types. They are the truth. I was wondering if you thought that the blow out would be smooth enough to silk press. I've never straightened my hair and i'd rather do it at home to avoid the mechanical damage at the salon
You’re welcome and yes chunky twists are the truth for hair growth! And honestly I would say yes your hair will be smooth enough for a silk press. My hair was very stretched and smooth, probably the best blow out I’ve ever gotten. It gives a great base for a silk press.

I tried the brush for the first time and I love it. This brush dryer made my wash day a bit easier.. It got my hair pretty straight.. I recommend this dryer then the regular one.

I just bought teo days ago from amazon but haven't use it yet. I only tested it to see if it working and i notice that the hot air only comes from the top end. Nothing from middle down. Is that how yours is.? Thinking of returning mine.

Hi how many touches on your hair minimum should be used when blow drying hair?
It all depends on how straight you want your hair to be. I only did a few passes. I didn’t count how many passes I did. Since I was blowing out my hair to trim my ends I didn’t need it to be super straight.
How long does it take roughly? It looks beautiful!

I have the revlon. Its great my only issue is when it gets dirty how do you clean it??? I prepare blow dryers with a detachable head for hygiene reasons.
