Thank you so much for the gift box that I won! You are such a kind person. I also ordered the body oil and I wanted to let you know that it smells amazing! 🥰 I am also enjoying the hair moisturizer that you gifted in the box that I won. It also smells amazing. I already purchased the product before you gifted it to me, but that was an extra bonus and I thank you for your generosity!
@HazelGoddess Would you, please, ever consider doing a video comparing the tymo ionic comb vs the tymo brush (&/or the rev'air vs the dyson with the "afro-comb attachment) ? ImHo, I really think it would be great content !...
The game changer is to use both. The paddle brush dryer for initial dry and the round brush for silkier results. I use this combo and occasionally I flat iron after for the SILKIEST result.
I’ll have to try this! I have both the one-step and voluminzer, but I’ve only been using the volunizer lately. I go in with a regular blow dryer first and do the tension method, then go in with the voluminzer. I struggle so much with getting my ends straight with the one-step
@vey5579 The volumizer is great for straightening ends. I dry with the one step first, then go in with the volumizer to get the ends straight, also ensure the roots are dry. Then I flat iron. I have 4a/b hair and my home silk presses look like a relaxer. This method is unmatched 🙌🏽
@lasherry6275 no. My hair reverts fine but I always deep condition prior to silk pressing and I use heat protectant. I have 4a/b high density, low porosity hair if that helps.
Flat brush worked much better!!! I would use the brush before I'm going to straighten my hair. The flat brush was straighter than the other. And I feel the flat brush would not require as much work. Thanks for the demonstration.
I think the Revlon paddle brush is a great option for those of us who cannot invest in a Revair dryer, and who find "gun" style dryers to be cumbersome. My hair gets textured straight and has perfect stretch for braid out/twist outs or roller sets. I agree low heat is the way to go. But always detangle and use a heat protectant.
Im going to get this should I do my hair in small sections because if I do this I don’t want to flat iron my hair I just want something to dry my hair so I can do a nice braid out
I think the Original is made for naturally curly hair to be more straight, and the Volumizer is made to give more Volume and “Umph” to finer hair textures. But this is a great review! I was on Amazon and came across both hair dryers and wasn’t sure on which one to get that’ll give me the result I’m looking for. So I definitely appreciate you for making this Review! I see that the “Original” will work better for me!🫶
I have both...i use the paddle to just stretch (most of the time) and the round brush only when flat ironing (in much smaller sections.) Love them both. The 2.0 is not for us chile😂
Thanks for the comparison. I’m choosing the one step to better control the direction of the heat. I also think the one step had better results on your hair. Maybe the volumizer is more ideal for other hair types, but our hair already has volume and we are aiming to do the opposite.
The Revlon volume brush looks like your hair is softer as you stated, and more fluffy. The original one step brush looks like it’s just regular to me. Both did the job.
I use a pointed comb and a cotton swab with 70% alcohol on the cotton swab to clean it between the bristels. Love your video's❤ I am from the Netherlands a rat tail comb, I guess you call it😅
You can also put the alcohol in a spray bottle, cause ain't nobody got time spray it with a little distance and glide the cotton swab over it😂. I cleaned mine a few days ago like that and it worked for me. You are welcome😊
Nive review. Just bought this but haven't used it as yet. I only tested to see if it's working and i notice the hot air only comes from the top part and nothing from the middle down. It that hiw it suppose to work? Maybe i should just return it.
@@laurenwilliams3674 as often as they wash their hair. You know everybody not honest with their stylist. But we know , we be knowing. I can tell you some of them been using it on the highest setting. Over drying and then flat ironing over it on 450 degrees
I’m already knowing the high heat most likely would, at least for my hair. Way tooo hot. I can use the low setting but I do use this brush on cool a lot too which still gives me a good blow out to do a stretched natural style
The issue is not necessarily the tool tho but more how ppl use them and don't care for their hair... If you use these on high & then straighten at high temps on top of that well duh you're gonna mess up your hair, not the brushes fault. 🤷🏾♀️
@@ROZIEEEE the design is faulty period. There’s no even distribution of heat. That’s what causes hair to brake in certain places even though you’re not using it on a high temperature
Well, it’s definitely not as hot. Their low temp is 400 watts, and high is 800 watts. However it still gets the hair soft and a straight blow out. The only con I have with it, is it takes a little longer than using a blow dryer brush. But that’s for me personally (for others it’s quicker) I also hate having to hold the heavy dryer in my hand the entire time in one spot as it tires my arms. With that being said, I switch being both dryers. If I really don’t want to use a lot of heat but want a blow dry, I use the revair. If I want a quick blow out I’ll use the blow dryer brush (just make sure I use some heat protectant)

Does it damage your hair?

The original brush looks better i brought my granddaughter one for her birthday last week and she loves it!!!
Yep, big difference . I like the light fluffy side because I feel like it will last longer; At least for my hair.

Conair has something called the knot doctor it’s a blow dry brush similar to the revlon one but the heads swap out so you can really clean it.
I like the look of the original. The volumizer comes off more frizzy.
Exactly the video I was looking for thanks! I just got the volumizer and wanted to compare now I have both
Thanks for this! I have the original brush and I was wondering which one worked better. Still love the original one best. Less frizz.
I LOVE EVERYTHING about the content you make
Your hair is beautiful 🤩. I love your right side (our left) better. Both sides are beautiful. Tfs.
Thank you so much 🤗
I returned my volumizer brush, I don’t remember if it was too hot or not but it wasn’t getting my roots good enough
My arm would get tired they both look very heavy
I love the right side more , cuz if the hair is straight I prefer it big and voluminous
Totally understand that!
Your so beautiful and your voice sounds so cute
I like the straighter side better
I saw a hack up here for the paddle brush. If you remove the screws, the brush attachment comes off.
Great review! Thanks 😊
Happy Sunday HG😀n This is Gonna b so Good🔥🔥🔥👍….
Happy Sunday ❤

Which one was more lightweight?
dont really use a brush but enjoy the vid and love the content. you are so beautiful.
Thank you for still watching 😘
I had a few clients that used these regularly and we had to cut off inches. These shits will RUIN your hair.
omg😮 how often were they using it? i use a round brush blow dryer 1-2x a month

Great video , thank you
Compare to the Revair please.
to clean your brush, just wash the dryer with water in the shower or water hose, UNPLUGGED of course. then let it dry overnight and now it's cleaned.
Have a great week 🙂
Thank you. You as well
How do these compare to the rev air? Is the rev air worth the price?

Hey 👋
Hey ❤
The volumizer side looks frizzy
I have the same brush blow dryer. It is extremely hot.
Very very hot. I can tolerate the low the that high is outrageous lol. When I first got it I could tolerate it more, but these days, it’s a NO LOL
No it didn't give me that result it give me better
Early

They have gloves and put a towel on your neck
Beautiful hair, not impressed with the finish of either…
