    About a year ago I started to think that I didn’t have an enlarged prostate, but rather a hypertonic pelvic floor.
    For the past six months, I’ve been practicing releasing my pelvic floor through breathing exercises and avoiding Kegels.
    Last week, I think I took my first step to having a non-ejaculatory orgasm: For the first time in my life, I actually felt my prostate and bootyhole throb, like you see in corn videos.
    I never thought that at the age of 56 I would be able to do that!
    Or maybe I’m wrong-but it was still a lot of fun!

    When I used to work 9-5 jobs I felt like it was going to prematurely age me from the tension. I didn’t know what was wrong with me. It felt like I was being radiated.

      Bro great question you first undestand the different between negative Emoction and postive Emoction diffrent and fire you and undestand at the same time nagative& postive Emoction cant in your mind so wright 5graditiude daily its make you positive Emoction and plz avoid non veg eat friuts and vegtables sprouts with 40 limit carbs intake your last meal before 7 pm and try non ejaulaction sex

      I take two every night before bed along with melatonin. Works very well. During the day take electrolytes, mainly magnesium, sodium, potassium. Don't drink loads and loads of water like most Americans and flush out all those electrolytes.
