    I wish I could get Kyles mobility exercise rouitine fully. I love this been using it with my high school cathcers now.

    What type of stretching bands is he using? I would love to get one! Thanks for the video will help me for pregame before I catch

      I’m not sure but a band I would recommend just on personal preference is the EMBNN band it can be used for all of the stretches he did

    Thank you!! I’ll have my son start these right away. Any advice about pain on the bottom of the foot after the game?

      he should start to sit on the balls of his feet and not on his tippie toes

      Watch how much on his toes he is. If he’s too far on his toes it will cause both pain and imbalance. He should be a good middle between heels and toes. Try pushing him lightly and if he falls over or loses balance he’s too far on his toes or heels

      65-80 mph. It depends on how tall/muscular u are
