    Are there good options to play baseball if you aren't good enough for college but you have the work ethic to improve?

    The drills and pointers are spot on. However, to start shaving fractions of seconds off your time... place your bare (throwing) hand directly behind the glove, to greatly reduce the transfer time. After you learn that skill, it needs to be mixed into your game use... if you only did it on throwing down, it would tip the runners off.

    What does the resistance band help with? It makes sense to me, but if I do it with a player and they ask me, I want to be able to give them a logical answer.

    My son is a new 7 yr old catcher and is really excited to catch what can I do make it better. Also is knee savers a good idea or no?

    • @Hunted-Tofu
      @Hunted-Tofu 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’d say no for knee savers at this young of age cos yeah it does take the pressure off the knees but it could make him lazy behind the plate I prefer no knee savers but again I’m only 15

    Hey yougoprobaseball I was pitching in highschool today and right when I begin to follow through I get a very sharp pain in my shoulder. I was wondering if this has ever happened to you and you and what I should do to get my arm healthy

    • @YouGoPro
      @YouGoPro  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sharp pain isn’t good. Might want to go see the trainer and see what he/she says.

    Hey I’m 13, 14 in April and I’m throwing 68-70 from 60,6 but this upcoming weekend will be my third time throwing from 60,6 and my bicep always seems to hurt I want to say it’s because I didn’t really throw like I should’ve for almost 2 years because of covid and I can’t go for longer than 2 innings without my arm starting to hurt is it just because I’m not used to pitching from 60,6 or what’s going on?

    • @Badluckstrick
      @Badluckstrick ปีที่แล้ว

      60,6 isn’t the matter, your throwing as hard as you can, but because you haven’t been throwing your arms not used to it, and your mechanics probably need some improvement. Use arm bands, rest, and stretch. Recovery is the most important part

    Never trust a man with two first names and never trust a left-handed catcher.
