    I love this! Thank you! My 9 yr old daughter and I have been trying to find catcher specific stretches/warmups. Could you do a catcher pre game catching blocking movements etc drill. ❤ again thank you!

      00:56 Walking knee tucks (+heel to butt, high front kicks, walking pigeon, front lunges with upwards reach, back lunges with upwards reach)
      01:40 sideways jumping jacks, grapevines with high knee internal hip rotation, backwards high knee outer hip rotation, diagonal backwards shuffle
      03:10 banded ankle rotations with foam roller 20x each direction
      03:33 super slow heel-toe walk
      04:00 fast heel-toe skips
      04:19 90/90 floss
      04:40 90-position heel lift
      05:26 glute bridge leg over
      06:03 frog rocker
      06:32 (down dog)
      06:33 leg out frog rocker
      06:55 lizard (a.k.a. world's greatest stretch) 5x per side

    Lame exercises that u could do at home, or in a park, AND not pay thousand dollars for this, overrated trainers
