Anthony I am 74 yrs old. Type A blood. Romanced vegetarian and vegan WOE. I have a fused neck and lower back from eating veggies. I have 50# to lose but not my first priority. I got so weak that just completing the simplistic task was impossible. I started carnivore with a what have I got to lose attitude. I started this woe 7/25 and have lost only 3.5# but the inches lost are amazing. I cannot believe how much better I am feeling now. I am able to do more than before. I hope my health journey encourages others to change their lifestyle. I'm a 50-year young perimenipause woman who's in remission from chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was on a weekly biologic injectible medication "Enbrel," with other prescriptions like Celebrex, Methotrexate, Tramadol & Prednisone at times. It made my immune system sick & weak starting at the age of 27 after giving birth to my 2nd son. I was sick of chronic inflammation, pain, fatigue & being obese. I started eating a ketogenic lifestyle in September 2019, and I'm mainly carnivore "Ketovore" now. This way of eating is the only thing that has helped my weight loss of 60 lbs, severe pain, inflammation, and other metobolic health conditions like high blood pressure. I enjoy being in the sun, grounding, nature & using different fasting methods. I also eat no seed oils, sugar, grains, or processed foods. I started lifting heavy weights, strength training with balance exercises 3-4 times a week last April 2023. It has been a new life for me! You can seek your true health every day, starting with what you eat/drink & don't eat/drink. It's been almost 5 years on this health discovery for myself.
    Peace & Health, Christine Peters

I drink coffee here and there also. I’ve been carnivore for about six months and now I’m finally not getting sore after work. My inflammation started going down after a few weeks. Honestly I have been getting progressive results the longer I go. I used to be lazy and now I am constantly doing something. I work then come home and work on projects. I didn’t do sht after work before and blamed it on having a physical job. Honestly three weeks is a good start but give it more time and you’ll be happy you stuck with it. I went carnivore last year and fell off after four or five months after losing forty lbs then came off and gained it all back and felt like sht. Now I’m down fifty lbs and never felt better.

Medical service , military services, educational services , social services. THAT is the system. All non-productive but CERTAINLY not non -profit. The system works . The rich get richer. You divide the triglycerides by HDL so .7/1.63=0.42. ideally it should be under 1.5 so your triglycerides/HDL is perfect. LDL is not considered relevant from what I've seen. Watch Dr Paul Mason's videos on cholesterol. 🎉😊😊
