I ordered a 2500HD ZR2 without the Bison package. Only thing about the 2500HD that I was not impressed with was the braking power. Test drove a LTZ and the brakes were very soft and spongy. Haven't received our truck yet but I'm sure it will be no different braking power wise.
I want it soo bad but I wonder what yall think about it being my only car and daily driver…let’s just put gas consumption aside, I’ve never had a diesel/turbo diesel truck before so I wonder if there’s any difference in performance or wear and tear while being a daily…I currently have my 2021 5.3L eco tech trail boss and still runs like new..super quiet too
Tbh I’m not completely sure about how the gasoline model would do on the rd as I haven’t driven that one yet. But the diesel truck we did in this vid was great, I’d definitely recommend the diesel as it’s a solid option. Has more than enough power!
Love the truck. If you have the duramax, do you have to tow with it or would it be okay to drive short distances without towing? Reason being I don’t really tow but a few times a year
It’s definitely a great vehicle for short distance driving. The fuel economy is decent and it rides quite nice especially for an off-road focused vehicle.
You can always order it with the gasoline engine but so far in canada at least I've been looking and haven't seen any dealers bring in the gasoline engine spec. 😢
@MountainVoyageOverlanding you cannot even turn on the truck with a key it's a push button too many safety devices from engine to the drive train. One electrical glitch and it will take an act of god to get it operational again old school is better
greatest car TH-camr with the best cars 🔥🔥

God I need it ! This might be my next purchase I’ll trade in my current truck for it

Damn this truck tough!
I wish I had that truck. It’s nice.
Nice! Does it have actual lane keep assist or simply lane departure warning? Do you know?

Beautiful truck 😮
Would the gas option in this truck make sense or is the diesel necessary because it’s so darn big?

What color is that?
Slate Grey Metallic
Awesome truck! Guys who make 100k/yr cant afford it though unless they live in it! Lol
Lol
Nice truck ,but it relies too much on digital foot print in under a year it will be a bucket of worthless bolts ,old school is more reliable
What do you mean by that?
