It takes A Very Special person w/the "correct mental state" & exceptional academic aptitudes to go to & graduate from a military academy. I'm only guessing that each academy ( air force, navy & west point) have very different requirements! Young future leaders of our nation's armed forces.

Hey...It's easy to see...they WEREN'T marching...nor did they even make a pretense of marching. In fact...after being in the military I never saw the value of marching ANYWHERE...ANYWAY. The REASON for marching ENDED when the military management, toward the end of the American Civil War..... FINALLY.... decided that lining up soldiers...all in a row...and marching them forward into fields of fire...was CRAZY...and..DEADLY!
What are they doing? Going to the bar for more liquor to help them stay out of step? My 1969 Coast Guard Boot Camp Company could march better than these clowns!

When they are on the way to graduation, they march "at ease." That means they don't have to be in step yet.
