[가래떡데이] 집에서 직접! "가래떡" 만들고 구워 먹기💛 (Garaetteok / Bar Rice Cake)

    오늘은 11월 11일!! (빼빼로데이가 아니라) “가래떡데이”를 맞이해서 “수제 가래떡”을 만들어봤습니다!
    시판 가래떡을 사서 다른 요리를 할까, 아니면 직접 가래떡을 만들어볼까 고민했는데
    직접 가래떡을 만들면 재밌을 것 같더라구요!
    그리고 그걸로 요리도 할 수 있고…!
    그래서 직접 가래떡을 집에서 만들어봤는데, 엄청 쉽고 간단하더라구요!
    맛도 딱 파는 가래떡 맛! (재료가 똑같으니 다를리가 없지만…)
    게다가 직접 만들면 원하는 크기로 만들 수 있어서 좋더라구요.
    여러분도 “가래떡데이”를 맞이해서 한 번 직접 가래떡을 만들어보는건 어떠신가요??
    다음에 가래떡을 이용한 요리 영상도 업로드할 예정입니다 :)
    * 떡 반죽이 엄청 뜨거워요! 반드시 목장갑을 끼고!! 그 위에 비닐 장갑을 껴주세요!
    ** 제가 사용한 쌀가루는 떡집에서 살 수 있는 “습식 멥쌀가루” 입니다! 마트에서 파는 “건식 멥쌀가루”와 다른 거니까 주의해주세요!
    *** 저는 이미 소금 간이 되어 있는 “습식 멥쌀가루”를 사용했기 때문에 따로 소금을 넣지 않았습니다.

    * 재료 * (지름 2.5cm / 길이 10cm짜리 가래떡 8개 분량)
    습식 멥쌀가루 500g
    물 100g
    * 만드는 방법 *
    1. 쌀가루를 중간체에 한 번 내려준 뒤, 물을 넣고 손바닥으로 비벼 뭉친 부분을 풀어가며 쌀가루에 물을 골고루 먹여주세요. (냉동 쌀가루가 아닌 방금 막 빻은 쌀가루는 체에 내릴 필요 없습니다!)
    2. 찜기에 젖은 면보와 실리콘 매트를 순서대로 깔고, 그 위에 쌀가루를 전부 부어주세요. 그리고 뚜껑을 덮어 20분간 센불에서 쪄주세요.
    3. 작업대에 참기름을 살짝 바르고, 그 위에 떡 반죽을 놓고 뜨거운 상태에서 열심히 치대주세요. (이때 반죽이 엄청 뜨거우니까 조심해주세요!)
    4. 반죽이 매끈한 한 덩어리가 되면, 원하는 정도로 쫄깃해질 때까지 치대주세요. 많이 치댈수록 더 쫄깃해져요! 하지만 너무 많이 치대면 질겨질 수 있습니다.
    5. 반죽을 원하는 개수만큼으로 분할하고, 손으로 굴려가며 길게 늘려 원하는 크기로 만들어주세요. 깔끔한 가래떡 모양을 원한다면 끝부분을 칼로 잘라주면 됩니다!

    Today, I made “Garaetteok” to celebrate “Garaetteok Day”!
    November 11th is “Garaetteok Day” in Korea, because the shape of number 1 is similar to garaetteok.
    Usually, garaetteok is made with a machine that makes rice cakes.
    But I made it in home with my hands! And it was very easy and funny :)
    Next time, I will upload the video of a food that use these rice cakes!
    * The dough is very hot! Please wear cotton gloves in the sanitary gloves!
    ** You should use “wet-milled” rice flour!
    *** The rice flour I used already include salt. So I didn’t put salt.

    어릴적 엄마 따라 방앗간 가서 가래떡 뽑는과정 봤던 기억이 아직도 생생한데.. 벌써 그게.. 30년도 더 지났... 세상에 내가 언제 이렇게 나이를 먹었지 ㅠ ㅋ

    보통은 시중에서 판매하는 가래떡으로 다른 무언가를 만들어보려고 하는데 가래떡 자체를 만드는 건 기본적이면서 신선하네요!! 떡 만드는 게 많이 어려울텐데 이쁜 영상 만들어주셔서 감사해요😆

      I did it with 1 1/4 rice flour and 3/4 cup glutinous rice with little more than 200 ml water and in the microwave 2 times 2 min and u have to put little effort in kneading than normal but it turned out really good

    Great video!
    I ground my own rice flour from (medium grain) sushi rice and it worked super well.
    Very excited to use them for tteokbokki next time!

    물 잡기해준 습식 멥쌀가루 찌면 설기떡...그 설기떡 치대면 가례떡 ,가례떡을 어씃썰기 하면 떡국떡, 가례떡 보다 지름을 작게하면 떡볶이떡 안비밀ㅎㅎㅎ대나무 찜기 없으면 밥솥에 갓 지은 쌀밥을 치대면 가례떡 ...도 역시 안비밀ㅎㅎㅎ

    팥소를 넣어서 송편처럼 크게 만들어서 밥그릇 투껑으로 잘라서 경사때

    Mi primera vez haciendo garaetteok con steamer , había probado con otras recetas y no lo logré con ésta en la primera vez estoy como a un 80% , solo usé 15 minutos del steamer, lo que no me queda muy bien es la forma de los garaetteok, pero sé que lo voy a lograr, muchas gracias por esta receta

    I think you could use a stand mixer with the meat grinder attachment, but only with the stuffer horn, and pass it twice instead of kneading the dough and shaping.

      There is tho glutinous is very sticky and that is for mochi

    유럽이어서 미국과는 다르게 한국물건을 쉽게 살수가없어요. 쌀은 길쭉한 찰기없는 쌀을 믹서에 갈아서 만들어야하는데 그냥 일반쌀을 갈아서 만든다면 어떻게해야할까요? 그리고 나무 찜기없는데 전기찜기에 넣고 찐다면 어떤가요?

    i have a question... can you place the rice flour directly on the cloth or do you have to use a silicone mat? ( Korean translation since I guess you are Korean): 질문이 있습니다 ... 쌀가루를 천에 직접 놓을 수 있습니까, 아니면 실리콘 매트를 사용해야합니까?

      BTS you can use microwave too. Put the flour mix (you may want to use more water than in this video) in the bowl, Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Put it in for 2 mins or however long necessary. Depends on how much you make

      @@Vetyhutasoit Thanks, I should've used more water definitely cuz my rice didn't do anything lol. This recipe is great but I recommend turning it into a dough and then placing the dough on steamer over hot water with a lid. It cooks really well. I will try your idea too, thanks

      네 맞습니다! 일반 쌀을 멥쌀이라고 합니다 :)
      그리고 저는 나무 찜통과 실리콘 몰드는 동네 생활용품점에서 샀는데, 인터넷에 "대나무 찜기", "떡 실리콘 매트"라고 검색해서 살 수도 있습니다!

      Regular one :-) You can add salt or sugar a little depending on your taste. My mom did so.

      네! 일반 쌀을 "멥쌀"이라고 합니다. 일반 쌀을 불린 뒤 갈아서 직접 쌀가루를 만들 수 있습니다 :)
