Energetics of Boundaries in the Healing Circles

I'm looking forward to diving into the subtle energies of boundaries in this Months Healing Circles. It's definitely been something I've struggled with. I spent a lot of my life completely numb, full of my own unprocessed and unexpressed emotions, along with all that I absorbed from those around me.
It took me a long time to understand what was going on, to do the work of processing my own stuff, and begin to recognise what was mine and what wasn't. The next step was learning how to protect myself and not to take on others energies.
