I haven't does this workout in a very long time and oh my goodness how amazing , challenging but amazing was this,! There were moves that were challenging for sure having not done them for quite some time but can't wait to do this again on Monday. It's definitely so great revisiting these and reminding ourselves that movements only become easier the more we do them. This was definitely awesome. ❤🇨🇦💯👏👏👏🤩💖 Anything new coming our TH-cam way? ❤

That was another amazing workout !!!! But there was not hit after child pose as you had mentioned. Not that I was craving to extend the workout which made my muscle already work deep ( I can steel feel the sourness from yesterday’s workout) . I did this class last night and noticed with the start of lying on your stomach the exercises hurt and left my back sore the next day. I was very aware of using my abs. Could it be that if I already have some chronic pain in my lower back, this would still happen even if I am using the correct muscles?? I’ve been doing pilates on and off for the last few years and am pretty sure my ab muscles are medium strong but maybe not strong enough??
It’s really hard to say. I would have to actually watch you do the exercises and really check your form. And also, there’s good pain and bad pain…and soreness isn’t necessarily a bad thing…it could just mean you really worked your muscles that maybe aren’t used to being activated. 😘
