Just discovered your videos. They are so nice but challenging. I have been doing pilates and yoga for years, and some pilates videos tend to overcharge my muscles too much, as they do not stretch enough., but you do everything. You just got yourself a new subscriber, thank you for the hard work.
Actually I' m a runner and usually really hate strength exercises, even though I know they are really important for injury prevention...😅 But there's something calming about your voice and any special and magical atmosphere in yor videos wihch just keeps me going.😊 So, thank you for helping me improving my strength and flexibility!

Oh wow this was just what I needed today with a sore body and tired mind but also the feeling that I really needed to find stillness from movement❤️ and when you apologised to your plans I laughed and realised it was the day’s first laugh for me, it really meant a lot. When I've just started, after years of not doing strengthing workouts at all, and after having three kids, my core was so weak!catastrophically weak! But then I've came across your channel and you became a part of my daily routine, every single day! And now a few months later I feel so much stronger, things that were hard at the beginning are easy now, and I keep pushing myself for new challenges, for more advanced, longer workouts, and sometimes more then one a day. Oh wow this was just what I needed today with a sore body and tired mind but also the feeling that I really needed to find stillness from movement❤️ and when you apologised to your plans I laughed and realised it was the day’s first laugh for me, it really meant a lot. I love these classes, your beautiful energy and bubbly personality and the way you explain the movements. Since I’ve started doing your videos I’ve become so much stronger, flexible and so much prouder and comfortable in my body. It really works from inside out.

Really enjoyed this workout and loved seeing your personality come out through it. All the other workouts I have done of your's you use voiceover but I really like you talking us through it as in this video. Keep up the amazing work

When I've just started, after years of not doing strengthing workouts at all, and after having three kids, my core was so weak!catastrophically weak! But then I've came across your channel and you became a part of my daily routine, every single day! And now a few months later I feel so much stronger, things that were hard at the beginning are easy now, and I keep pushing myself for new challenges, for more advanced, longer workouts, and sometimes more then one a day. Thank you for all your videos and for this new one that looks awesome and I will surely try sometime soon. THANK YOU! 🙏❤️
