I think now the prices are very high inflated, new customers may not get appriciation and sometime scare if the real estate market falls down then what will happen to investor. End user may not worry. Road development is concern and looks like 2-3 years will go.

Do mention about the litigations when you publish videos. As this townships have a lot of litigations which the builders are not disclosing and when asked they only say its available on RERA website. Beware as banks may create issues giving loans on such properties

Please help before aggriment hona he 5-6 din me
Open car park means it is not allotted to you. If you purchase a car park then they have to mention it in your agreement along with parking number. Also, parking slot map has to be attached with agreement. But, this happens only when you purchase. Better you purchase it now to avoid future hassles.
