Thanks for making such a nice video! Gera as a builder i feel is unnecessarily hyped, inflated prices, over crowded projects, no sample flats, over confident salesmen, and the quality also is not upto the mark ..
Very helpful. Please make a detailed video of floor & unit plan of Gera World of Joy Phase 2 as well as they are bringing simplexes instead of duplexes with different floor & unit plans as compared to phase 1.
Clubhouse is amazing, however the flats specifications are very ordinary considering the builder.
Very weird duplexes , we have very good duplexes here in Prithvi presidio Magarpatta, much spacious and well constructed then these.. thankfully bacch gaye
Stairs kaise bana dia. Kisi ko upar saman lekar jana hai wo kaise lekar jayega. Pretty sub-standard planning for what they have changed and charging. Much better projects available in Pune.
Gera sales team says "Our layouts are so good, we don't have to build sample flats! Our inventory gets sold based on our reputation itself."
Seeing the video, I feel lucky that I didn't book in woj phase 2 and island of joy too.
I was planning to buy 2bhk duplex at 72 lakhs in 2018 when they launched but fortunately (😅) i couldn’t as top floors got sold out
Now when i see those duplex flats , construction quality and layout i am glad that i didn’t go for it 😂

It’s time we should ask a lot of questions to developers before purchasing. Because of the token system crowd is gathered and people are forced to make immediate decisions. We should stop buying into projects where the density is high and only then these so called reputed developers will start making better homes.
Please make a video of pride world city 2 and 3 4bhk duplex if you guys will be doing waiting for it and please reply if you guys are making
Yes I m also interested in buying there want to know about it my concern is the road connectivity and the water crisis as per other people reviews but I liked the duplex flats and its pollution free atleast what Kharadi has become a concrete jungle

Absolutely worst designed appartments.Owners should be ashamed of asking 35k to 40k rent for those 700sq ft match boxes.I pay 35k for my current appartment and even though it being a 10 year old apparment it is better than the ones in World of joy. The funniest part is the width of staircase in duplex appartments , you cant take any furniture thru them.
You cant put sofa, fridge and a dinning table in the hall as there is hardly any space.
Some appartments in kharadi deserve rent they are asking for but these are absolute worst and dont deserve more than 15k.
Also no proper road, power cuts, no corporation water, no gas connection and 24/7 construction noise.

Finishing issues dikh rahe hai flats mei. Deep cleaning ki jarurat hai.
Lift nahee toh kuch nahee...waiting time min 15 mins to 45 mins for rush hours.
What a joke of flats are these duplex, arey 2bhk is the worst idea ever. 3 still can manage in duplex. Staircase is joke. How will you transport the stuff upwards. further duplex ka joke bana diya hai eitna cramped place deke. Who had this brilliant idea 💡 about duplex in gera should be fired. 100% regret for owners who paid prices of 2.5 bhk simplex. Simplex are still better anyday then these joke of duplex . Worst idea 😂. Thats why they didn't have show flat for duplex 😂😂. Lol by gera. Big L.
