A great day fishing on the South Chain in Winter Haven FL

Hello everyone David here. I went out fishing today on the South Chain of Lakes here in beautiful Winter Haven, FL and had a great day of fishing. I caught 8 fish and missed about as many bites.
I just bought a Lews Reactor Seep Spool Baitcaster reel and paired it with a Lews Classic Speedstick. rod that is 6'6" medium action Fast. I spooled it with 14lb fluorocarbon. My first impression of the reel is a good one. The thing cast a long way and has a smooth retrieve to it. An 8 bearing system and a 7"5:1 gear ratio. So far I am thinking it may be one of my main worm rigs. That is what I was using as bait all day. The Zoom Ultra Vibe Speedworm in Junebug Red and Red Shad. I was out of the Junebug Red for the tournament and I think we would have caught more fish had we had some. My fault.
