  • I's, Y's, and T's are one of the best exercises for treating shoulder pain and rotator cuff injuries.
    These movements can help to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder blade (also known as parascapular muscles) including the middle and lower trapezius which are commonly found to be weak in individuals suffering from shoulder pain.
    These exercises can be performed over a stability ball as shown in this video or over a bed or table.
