Above 5000 miles is getting higher. Then can go well above 10000 miles depending on how they are maintained. Under 2000 miles is a good thing to shoot for.
Great video with great information. Currently looking at an '05 Kawasaki Brute Force 750. Mileage is good but ad says carbs have been rebuilt, gas tank hot dipped and cleaned by machine shop, new fuel pump, intake boots and valve adjustments. Fairly new to this world so I am not sure if that much work being put into it is a good sign or bad. Any thoughts?
@@phillipward562 we have bought probably 300+ ATVs without titles and we go through a process using a surety bond to get them retitled. Two out of the 300 have come back stolen and have been seized so it’s a risk reward thing it depends on what your risk tolerance is.
This was a really poor excuse for a supposedly complete list of things to check. Why show the check list if youre not going to actually go through whats on it. You really shouldnt use click bait to purely promote your business. That pisses people off and you come off looking really self serving.
Did you watch the video? Where I said I’m sharing the exact list we use to inspect the ATVs? And how I go into great details on the main topics of the list?
what are those very important questions we should ask before going there? you talk about doing this step but then move right past it
Thanks for the info, Jim Halpert
Thank you for the tips, I really appreciate it.
You are the man! I'm looking at buying my first one possibly as soon as tomorrow(9/23/24) and this is just what I needed! Thank you!
Glad I could help!
Great video thanks for the info bro
What would be considered high mileage/hrs? Also any brands to lay off from? Looking to buy my first used one!

It is like to marry a grandy with a good amount of plastic surgeries 😁 It will consume gasoline like crazy.
Could be just fine. Its an older machine.
Very helpful❤❤❤
Glad we could help
Good video. Thanks!

Should you rotate tires periodically
Good stuff!
Ya never pulled off the plastic cover for the batt storage and do a visual ..chassis rust ?…
Excellent video
So doesn’t mileage matter (should be some numbers near the speedometer, lol)?
Definitely does! I was using this to talk more about mechanical aspects to check.
What if they don't have the title

You can have an officer meet you at the property and run the Vin if you want to be certain it’s not stolen

@@howeequipment yes but you really skimmed over it. Its cool man, its your channel. I guess i just felt like it didnt live up to the title.
I don’t know what video you watched, but this one was very informative in regards to things I should be looking for when buying a used ATV.
21 seconds in, I’m leaving, horrible ticking, and weird music !👎🏼
Great vid!
Great advice! Thanks.
