Trauma = 80 hour work weeks. Make sure to have a comfy car for the ER cases.

I am vehemently impressed with the quality of advice & insight that Wade has provided. Such genuine compassion for his work!
Without a doubt- he is one of the most professional, thorough, and efficient individuals that I have the pleasure of being acquainted with.

I am a physical therapist of 5+ years and I started and have been running my own practice for about a year now which has provided me with sales experience. I want to pursue being a medical device rep ideally in orthopedics/joint replacement. Should I apply for a sales rep role or an associate role?

Hi Jarod, thanks for reaching out. I would recommend applying for an Associate Role.

Why do you want to give up your practice for Medical device sales?

I plan to do Trauma or Spine for a few years before jumping... but no family here. I've heard horror stories. Average burnout is under a year no?
