I live in a 1000 ft mobile home got it for 9k and I love it. Got it 9 years ago. Still in great shape in 2024. We pay $600 a month for the Lot fee. Down the street apartments are $2200 a month. I will stay in my Mobile home for $600 a month

Thinking about this model. I would use mine about 20-30 nights per year and just me. Is the AC sufficient? Can it freeze you out if you want it to? Great video!

Some people say it's not but our AC has worked great it will definitely get the camper ice cold for at least the master bed. The bunks we have a fan to ensure my kids stay cool and the air moves back there

You don’t need to drop the tank.
You can buy a standard flange from Home Depot, Lowes, etc…glue the flange to a 3 inch PVC pipe that is then seeded into a rubber gasket that’s attached to the black tank.
You should be able to pull it right out, the flange that is that’s attached to the PVC pipe.
Or…it could be screen-threaded to the tank. If it has give, it’s threaded rubber gasket.

Nice work. This camper doesnt really need a full winterize. I just set my compressor to 30psi and blow out all the lines. I put a little bleach in the water tank. Add some antifreeze to the toilet. I dont add to sink and shower as I dont believe there are P or U traps.

Trust me. Buy the ceramic bowl toilet and do it yourself. It will be stable. Also, you don't need to drop the black tank for any of that. Ours had the same problem, we have a 2019 Springdale 260bh. The toilet was actually leaking from under it. We though originally it was a connection...NOPE...cracked flange at the bottom. Hubby took it out. We replaced with a higher grade toilet and it hasn't rocked or leaked since. Hubby is your size and has used it a few times with zero issues.

Hopefully knowing that gives you a little less buyers remorse about paying more than that. Also, for reference, our local CW matched that 10,995 and it was STILL almost 16K OTD due to fees. That was a month ago.

17r does not have the bunks instead it's a larger bathroom I believe. My advice is to check everything IE all the seals, make them show you the hot water working, inspect the roof with a ladder to make sure they cover all the bolts, screws, and gaps, make sure they give you the stuff thats supposed to cone with the camper or the Bluetooth speaker, make sure the toilet is secured, pretty sure my flange was broken when I got it

I currently bought a 2023 and it’s leaking out the bright rear end. Does anybody have any idea what is causing this leak? I noticed seepage coming from underneath the bed area and towards the door but when you flip up the bed cubby area, there’s no water there so I cannot figure out where the leak is. Is it at where the hose goes into the RV? Is it leaking somewhere there or is it the pump or is it the freshwater tank, can someone help me with this?

We have a brand new Coleman Lite 2755BH. The toilet was installed incorrectly when the camper was built. The hole for the plumbing was cut too close to the wall so they couldn't install the toilet the way it should be, because of this they installed it facing the sink and the lid wouldn't go all the way up. You have to sit doubled over. We returned it to CW and were told that Dutchman won't fix it because it's not malfunctioning. ITS BRAND NEW and we can't use the toilet properly but they are OK with that. The Wingard 360+ on the roof is just a bubble, they never put the antenna in it and they aren't replacing it. The tire was flat when we bought it. CW assured us it was fine and put air in it. A week later it's flat again and they won't replace it. CW is awful but so is #Dutchman @dutchmenrvcompany8749
