Great content. My biggest complaint is you typically have the lists really small on screen when we really don’t need your face as the largest thing on screen.
Dan: let’s see if you’re as shocked at these numbers as I am Also Dan: these numbers aren’t that shocking to me to be honest 😂 Great report once again!
Thanks for the love and deck of the week feature! The community and the store owners at Nat20 Games are awesome and I had a good time the whole time, definitely recommend joining their next tournament event! If anyone was curious about how the rounds went for the amber sapphire deck featured: round 1 vs. Emerald/Amber 2-1 round 2 vs. Ruby/Amethyst 2-1 round 3 vs. Ruby Amethyst 2-1 round 4 vs. Emerald/amber 2-1 round 5 & 6 intentional draw Top 8 split because most of us were running on fumes and had to drive back to the Peach State later.
The Nat20 event suffered from a MtG event in Knoxville that drew several players that otherwise would have attended. As well not far away in Louisville KY was one of the largest music festivals in the country that kept me and couple others that would have gone too.
The amber sapphire deck is a great deck but i don't see why use bell, because I don't think you will have enough cards to put into ink since you don't have the card "a whole new world"
It’s normally $30 on avg. now organizer will also say “this event prizes will be guarantee at X players” this way they Can adjust to where they are comfortable with the structure.
Whats good in card games, card draw and removal, who had the best card draw, amber and amethyst, who has the best removal, steel and ruby, im excited for our amber ruby overlords once someone figures that deck out
@@UncannyGirl they only had like 3 followers I believe so it does not shock me that the social links didn’t work haha - I wouldn’t expect much from them but here is the link - www.twitch.tv/lootboxoh
Am i missing something, only 30-50 players for these 1ks but bandai games like one piece hit their 512 player cap in seconds (even in the early days with hard to find product). Is this game gonna be more like pokemon wheres its collectors and not players making up the market?
Right now stores are not even able to hold that many players for these events and are capping them around 60-65 that we’ve seen so far. Not really sure the issue, right now most stores seem to be in a proof of concept stage for a completely new game. It’s not just a Japanese import of an existing game. Tend to think the numbers are doing quite well
What to here more about the best decks in the game? - th-cam.com/video/fF-U8W6vXfU/w-d-xo.html

I really like the newer breakdowns. I mean, who wants to go to a tournament or league night and play against the same decks every round.

Great report once again!
hahah brain farts happen to us all haha
Really good Meta Breakdown, thanks for your good work there. Keep it up. Looking forward for your content
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it :-)
I love seeing the diversity in successful decks
Big changes this weekend, great for all to see.
Def. going to be making an Amber/Sapphire on Pixelborn. Thanks for the breakdown of all of these decks.
Glad it helped! Good luck on your ladder climbing!
@@TheForbiddenMountain Thank you!

Ahh, bummer! I assumed bad timing was the reasoning.
Can’t stop playing ruby/sapphire I know it’s not meta but I love it.
Hey man, nothing against playing what ya like
I'll be competing in a 2k event, 64 player cap, at Ninja Exchange in San Diego next month
Nice!

Great job to my buddy JJ! I wish I could've gone with him for this event but I had work 🤷.
Sick! Next time!
How much would a 1k entry fee be? For that to make sense, an organizer will have to charge $40-$50 for a 32 man event.
It’s normally $30 on avg. now organizer will also say “this event prizes will be guarantee at X players” this way they Can adjust to where they are comfortable with the structure.
My buy in was 50$ for a 64 man event

I’ve seen list of it, and they seem worst than what we have already seen lol
dopeee
If you lovely people could mention which events had stream coverage (even if its just on the infographics) that would be fantastic!
I think this week was only loot box to my knowledge. And I only knew that cause a discord member informed us as the event was starting lol.
@@TheForbiddenMountain, you would not happen to know their TH-cam/Twitch? (The social links on their website have never worked. :P)

@@TheForbiddenMountain Of course, they have their Twitch settings to not retain a public VOD. *sigh*
@@UncannyGirl kinda what I assumed haha. I just didn’t go check sorry lol.
Nat20 games does RCQs for mtg. Didn't hear about their lorcana event on Facebook. But did a relike of their page.
Nice!
Played the nat 20 , got destroyed by that amber sapphire deck

This game never lifted off in my area, I give it 1 to 2 years before it dies
ill be sure to remember this comment in 5 years :)
As of now the issue is getting cards.
We need cards to be printed!
That’s quite fair.
Take out mother Gothel for last kuzco and 2 emerald beast
I do love me a Wolfsbane
