Perfect. I was distracted by how good it was but also immersed at the same time. I loved your priority of telling the story through your technical expertise, which is clearly visible in your framing and movements. Regardless of technical acumen you shared this man’s story in a captivating and truly meaningful way. I hope he does get a visit from Matthew. You’ll have to update us if he does! Great freakin’ job.
This was fantastic. It was so lovely to sit down with a glass of wine and watch, it had a lovely cosy and relaxing feeling. I'd love to see more of these stories.
Beautiful shots, Kirk. Well done. Colours, lighting, and cheeky sound effects were on point. Was this with your new vintage lens? Love the character of it.
Great shots! I love it so much. You have a high quality of art sense. Keep it up. I would like to ask you about the mic set which you have used if you kindly would share. Thank you ✨❤️
Here from reddit. Nicely done. All the b-roll stuff looks fantastic. The only critique I have is with the talking head portion which is of course the hardest part. First thing is - clean up the frame. Move those brown bags out of there on the bottom left, take the mannequin off the shelf so you can have his head in clean spot. On the wide I would have tried for a the next focal length up to tighten up the frame - don't need to see that changing room in the back left. I find there's too much fill spilling from the left onto the back wall behind subject and the color difference is jarring to me. All that aside, congrats on a job well done. These shops have really struggled since Covid and I know a few of them in the US that have shut down. Its a shame.
