installed a set of bosio race 520 injectors in an alh tdi

How did you get the stuck crush washer out of the chamber? I have one that wont come out by lifting it with a pick and its not sealing right either.

I used a long flat heat screw driver that just doesn’t fit inside the washer hole and
Gave it a push with my hand to wedge it in and lifted it out

Hello, very good and educative video! 👍 do stock injectors need balancing or setting up? Is this replacement plug and play? Are they just fine with stock tune? Or stage one? Thanks, looking forward on changing the nozzles from 0.216 from my 2.5 tdi ael , they are pretty much the same injectors, but 5 instead of 4

Injectors should be checked and balanced afterwards
Ideally tune to properly accommodate for the new nozzles

Clean the area as best u can b4 removing injectors and blow and vacuum area before and after removal is what I did

its all carbon deposits inside of the holes. No need to worry if some of it falls into the cylinder. chunks of carbon fly into cylinder anyway cause of the egr.

Does injector 3 use a different tip or the same. Power line to it, not sure how that works?
