Xmas Fell skin its more of a huge buff imo. You can easily camp near the presents and do unavoidable attacks with bone spin. Also the special attack its actually better cause it goes faster but lasts less.
Unlike some of the op charaters I did not agree with this list I can absolutely agree with also just something you may have not knotest about outerfell unlike the outertale the star spin is also DELAYED and it lasts for like 1 sec and shots 2 or 3 unlike the 6 or 7 amount that outertale has and it's almost instant

Meh, i expected to get actual characters instead of some god forgotten skins I think weak enough characters would be killer, ss chara, revenge, ts swap. Also i never saw people using final form nega, epic & insanity, dunno why tho. And new hardtale rework also kinda weak, tho 300x better than previous version (in quality and fun means).

I agree with you on all of the points you made,people never took me seriously when i said "This skin is bad" or other but the only criticism i have is that christmass LB is actually a VERY powerful "upgrade" the reason for this is because of the christmas boxes in the corners that you can jump on it's pretty much 150% better campability
