If you want to save an unused portion to refreeze till a later time it's important to smoothe the surface of the ice cream. If not you could break the machine with an uneven surface.

@@無問西東 Sorry you are incorrect. To smoothe the ice cream means to make it flat and even. A smoothie is a thick drink. Have a great day. 🌹

So, if you think about it, the Creami is actually quite a bargain!
Because the results are supposed to be pretty much the same as the $6,000 machine.

According to the recipe book, its the vanilla base with coco powder, excludes the vanilla extract. Basically, a block of cream cheese, milk, heavy cream, sugar, and coco powder.

hey, i found something funny in the beginning of the video where you said "it's not like a conventional ice-cream machine where you just put ingredients into the machine and make ice-cream"
that's not how it works bro xD you still make the exact same prep work, the only difference is that you don't freeze it but pour it into the machine and it will freeze it while churning.

I don't understand why you would need this especially in America when super premium icecream is so reasonably priced! Unless you had some dietary constraints! Here in Australia l could understand really good icecream hear is REALLY expensive. Ben and Jerry's is 13 dollars a pint and Haagen Das is 12 a pint!

I like to make my own icecream because it's fun and I usually have all the ingredients on hand at any given time. Haagen Dazs and Ben and Jerry's are 4ish usd (at least in Texas) but they've been shrinking the amount you get over time. My favorite icecream to make is salted caramel, it's really easy and about 5 ingredients, it's less than the price of a pint and I get double the icecream
