Free access to the highest floors, unparalleled high-altitude scenery, and saving a huge amount of money. You have done something crazy that we envy and have never dared to try, and we applaud you. This wise, bold, and crazy exploration contrasts sharply with the fear of coming to China for the first time, it's so funny
When I was working in Shanghai 12 years ago, my office was right in the heart of the city. I visited some of the most expensive restaurants and hotels, but the new ones are even fancier and pricier. I remember going to the restaurant on the 101st floor of the financial center tower, where it cost us over $1,000 for six people-and we didn’t even order much. Today, it would probably cost over $2,000.
One hand holds a Chinese style fan, the other holds an Western style umbrella, in the same day you guys experiencing a rainy time and a sunny time at the nearly same place, what an excellent show of your brilliant mindset and the rich diversity of our societies! Thank you beautiful people!
Your videos are so real! The beautiful scenery of China is indeed fascinating. China has the most amazing Civic Infrastructures and cheap Civic Services Their public transport is second to none. Their Bullet Trains between Cities, theirdriverless RoboCabs, EV's everywhere replacing the combustion vehicles, fast chargingstations, their internet is super fast with fast 5G EVERYWHERE in China.China is one of the safest country in the world for traveling.
In fact, if we calculate based on purchasing power parity (PPP), China's GDP is larger than that of the United States, making it the true number one economy in the world. As China's financial center, a significant amount of wealth is naturally concentrated in Shanghai!
In China, as long as you don't do anything illegal, you can do whatever you want and enjoy any freedom without any danger or police investigation. The United States says that you cannot legally smoke marijuana, you cannot own firearms, and so on, so you have no freedom! I can only say that the United States is a paradise for wealthy people to indulge in various free lives, and a hell for those without money. To put it simply, China is a country that combats drug use worldwide. Just a few days ago, the marketing president of Volkswagen China went on vacation to Thailand to smoke marijuana and brought a small amount of drugs back to China. He was found at the airport, detained by the police for 10 days, and reported to the German Embassy in China. After 10 days, he was expelled from China. The German Embassy did a lot of work to China but could not change the result. Recently, it has been a hot news topic

Maybe one of the most expensive cities, but compared to the recent places I travelled to, Dublin, Zurich etc Shanghai is so affordable, nice hotels and food with low price
One interesting things in SH to see would be 1,000 Trees complex at 600 Moganshan Road in Putuo District. It is a very unusual complex along Suzhou Creek.Near the M50 Art district. Actually the view of the complex from across the creek is the best.
Lovely couple and video. Will upload a complete walkthrough of this hotel and our room. It is my opinion one of the finest (architecturally speaking) designs of any hotel. We have stayed in some of the best properties in the world, from Cote d' Azur to Dubai and this hotel is just fantastic. We tried every single one of the restaurants in the hotel, including the one you just showcased and they were all fantastic. Shanghai has some amazing restaurants and bars.
Very good video👍 one thing that you might want to know, In general, Puxi is traditionally richer than Pudong, especially in some old urban areas such as Huangpu District, Xuhui District, Jing'an District and Changning District, where many of Shanghai's historic financial institutions, business districts and luxury residential areas are gathered.
I went to explore Shanghai Center Tower too last Sunday. Massive and fancy. I got excellent views of both banks of the Huangpu River from 119th floor. Everything such as the TV tower became dwarf. The only issue is the uncomfortable feelings in my ears brought by the super fast lift. Overrall, Shanghai Center Tower is crazy and really worth visiting.
The main reason why super-fast elevators make ears uncomfortable is the change in air pressure. As the elevator moves up and down quickly, the surrounding air pressure changes rapidly. The Eustachian tube in the ear usually regulates the pressure balance between the inner and outer ears, but when the air pressure changes rapidly, it may not be able to keep up, resulting in blocked ears, swelling and pain, and even temporary hearing loss.
I had afternoon tea and snacks there this May, roughly 200 Euro for three people, which is way above my normal spending level. But I feel it's worthwhile for that experience.
maybe you should try some bars on these tower buildings in Shanghai at night with equally amazing Huangpu river view, the wine is like 90 RMB per cup, so much affordable but you can sit and relax for several hours.
The skyscrapers in Shanghai have their own characteristics, and Shanghai's urban construction area is particularly large. The skyscrapers in Shenzhen and Hong Kong are more densely populated, similar to those in New York.
The ancient Chinese philosophical understanding of nature and man as "the unity of heaven and man" has influenced the relationship between nature and urban landscape in modern China, and Naomi's reference to the placement of stones in Chinese parks is a good understanding of the cultural expression of traditional Chinese landscape planning
I often see your videos on Chinese social media, which led me to check you out on youtube. The quality of your videos is very high and very objective, I hope you can keep it up

I stayed in Peace Hotel 1985 just renovated then and roamed the old Bund before it was widened and modernized. At night, there were only big Japanese Bill Boards of Sony Panasonic lit up against pitch dark background of Pudong. No bridges then only ferries shuttle back and forth! Dec of 1995 I witnesses the completion of the Pearl TV Tower and the beginning of Inner Ring Elevated Expressway.
You got that right, I've lived in NYC for over 30 years. Streets and underground trains are not kept up. The cost of labor is too high to maintain and homelessness is created by politicians Some people just don't want work anymore

I know a lot of people in LA, sold their houses and moved to Malaysia. Because the California government hired a large number of homeless people to take over LA-it’s not livable anymore. What does any of this have to do with the Chinese government? Absolutely nothing.😂
