My 6 year old is also really into bugs lately. She has been out with her butterfly net every day this week catching grasshoppers and butterflies. I love the read aloud time during homeschool. My daughter has been loving the chapter books and keeps asking me to read more each day. I usually have to quit before she’s ready to be done because my voice gives out.
Aww I love this! Your way of schooling is very inspiring. My two girls are also homeschooled and I love it. Right now my oldest (2nd grade) is doing PACES and my youngest (kindergarten) is doing A Beka Academy. Working a full time job, it's really hard to feel involved or even connected to their schooling, which makes me sad. Someday I hope to be able to quit and be more involved!
